Stayed for two nights and whilst set above a pub there was no noise. Room was well furnished and shower room looked new and was very good. Had hearty breakfast there. Staff were all friendly and courteous.

Room was fine. Place is noisy as to be expected near main going out area. Receptionist on night not very nice at all needs to be looked into to. Not opening door, just sitting there staring out pure ignorant. Basic nicer places in limerick to stay

We had lunch there today when I had a vol au vent and my wife had a toasted sandwich. We also had a couple of glasses of wine. Any time we take a trip to limerick we try to have a meal there. I am very pleased to say we have always enjoyed them. Today entering the restaurant as usual a very warm welcome from the manager/owner? Because I was walking with a cane he insisted on guiding us to table with low seating. From the moment we sat down the attention we received from the young staff was really great. There is obviously some training in customer care which is wonderful to see in this day and age. I just wish to complement all concerned especially the girls looking after service. Thank you all for a lovely lunch. I should point out we are not known to management or staff.

Booked for 2 nights with a baby, requested a travel cot which was provided. We were put on the 2nd floor. Lift only goes to the first floor so we had to carry the buggy up and down the stairs whenever we came and left the place. No forward thinking from whoever gave us that room. No air con in the room. Denied access to the "hotel bar" which we were told by hotel staff and the bar staff that they had nothing to do with each other. It's a grand place to drop the bags and go around the city. Mostly younger people staying there for the night life. No attraction to spending time in the hotel.

Lovely hotel, very fresh clean and modern. Stayed here with a large group and it was ideal. It is in the heart of the city centre. Not for people looking for a quite escape as it is amongst the huddle and bustle of limerick night life. Perfect walking distance to cafes bars restaurants and shops. Food was fantastic. Especially loved the really nice coffee in the morning. Staff were incredible. So friendly and always checking to make sure we had everything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Brilliant experience.
