Booked on the phone, Immediately I was told there would be no breakfast. I still decided I would stay as I had an exam the next morning. Walked 45 minutes to get there to check in, nobody home. I rang numerous times no answer. I waited an hour, nobody came. On such short notice there were no vacancies elsewhere and I was considering sleeping rough! Managed to eventually find someone who could offer me a couch to stay on. Absolutely dreadful dreadful experience!! Next day I get a call from the B&B banshee (owner) who said in a rather matter of fact manner that she had me down for the following day! I had explicitly told her what day and what date the day previous. Unbelievable incompetence!

Stayed at Sand villa for 5 nights during a work trip. A lovely lady named Lelia provided a very warm welcome and made me feel at home. The room and en suite were immaculate and fresh. The beds, blankets and pillows are fierce comfy - contemplated sleeping in and staying home from work because of them. The price will not be beaten for the quality of service provided. Your in a very quiet place away from all the city noise. Massive thumbs up from me :)

Great experience - host was extremely sweet and hospitable and made a great breakfast! Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood and conveniently located near a main highway. Accommodations are very clean and homey and it felt like we were staying with family.

We did have some trouble finding the house. Once we got there the host gave us a warm welcome. The room was pretty small but the bathroom was a decent size! It was a very peaceful nights rest. We also had a wonderful breakfast ready for us in the morning.
