I had arranged to meet an acquaintance for lunch at the Maldron .. when I arrived I did as requested, and asked the receptionist to ring his room. When she finally acknowledged me, and reluctantly dragged herself away from her computer, she did not greet me, just rang the room number and thrust the phone into my hand rudely. There...

Great accessibility near the M20. M18 and M7 motorways. The rooms were nice and comfortable. There was good food in the bar. Breakfast was tasty. The immediate area around the hotel is not good but taxis seemed plentiful and it was just a short drive to the city centre. The walls and skirting boards need a lick of paint and...

Spent 2 nights in the Maldron Limerick with our handball club & from check in to check out we could not fault the service, accommodation or staff. Pool was spotless, food was great, beds super comfy and plenty of parking. There are plenty of amenities close by & is still close enough to the city without being too close. Only...

Just stayed here and I have to say they have it spot on. Fair enough there is a halting site across the road but this caused me no problems. Went to the shops around the hotel and there was no issues. People need to get a grip blaming the hotel for the dogs barking etc, it's hardly their fault, I...

The bed is confortable, clean and warm. Breakfast has many options. The lamp on the bathroom could be more brighter, it was hard to do a make up almost in the dark. We had dinner at the hotel with our group, it took a long time for our drinks to be served.

The hotel itself was ok.The pool was clean and well kept but the location was terrible. We decided to walk to the hotel - it was one of the most frightening experiences of my life. We passed so many burned out and boarded up houses. We felt over dressed in jeans! We decided to return to town and get a...

Have stayed here on numerous occasions, the most recent being in February 2013. This is a very good value, spotlessly clean, large, and appealing looking hotel with well appointed rooms, a nice bar and super keen prices. You can get a room for 2 with breakfast for under €60 most of the time. The most recent time I was there...
