Bregagh House is a modern, detached, two-story town house located in the centre of Kilkenny City, opposite Saint Canices Cathedral and within walking distance to all amenities. Bregagh House has been completely re-furnished and re-decorated in the last year. It is a family-run Guesthouse/B&B owned by Mrs Rosanne Brennan, who has over over 20 years experience in the B&B industry.

Fab Time!
Stayed here for a hen party and had a great time! The staff were really helpful and helped us out with anything they could! Breakfast was lovely. We used the conservatory for party games and it was a great spot for the group to gather. The location is ideal also. So grateful to the staff!

Most accomodating host and beautiful clean and fresh B+B I've ever stayed in
I recommend Bregagh house for any occasion in Kilkenny the welcome was outstanding nothing was to much to ask for and you were never made feel a nuisance James and his team run a beautiful friendly B+B clean fresh and the breakfast was delicious I can't thank you enough for accommodating all our needs best wishes and we will be back Martina Dixon and Tracy's hens group .

Excellent b&b - would definitely return
Stayed at Bregagh House last weekend for a hen party. The location, rooms, conservatory and garden were great and met all our needs. The host James was very accomodating to our needs and went above and beyond - his witty personality made every chat with him worthwhile. Breakfast was fab and a very quick service. Highly recommend this place and would definitely return if in Kilkenny again!

Bregagh house should win a bnb of the year award if that award exists!
I stayed here as part of a large group for a hen party last weekend. James & his family were just fantastic! The beds were very comfortable, the were clean rooms, the location of the bnb was excellent within walking distance to town. The fry up in the morning was a big hit with the group! They really went above and beyond for the group. The bride loved every minute.

Perfect location
Stayed at Bregagh House for two nights as part of a hen party. James and family couldn't have been more helpful. It was great having everyone so close together and the location of the accommodation is perfect, close to everything but far enough out for a good nights sleep. There is on site parking also which is great. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and the breakfast was excellent. Everyone raved about the soda bread! We were given the conservatory to decorate and used it as a place to meet before heading into town. There was even a fridge there for nibbles. Would definitely stay here again!

Highly recommend
Charming guesthouse with beautiful gardens. We stayed for a hen weekend and were really looked after by James and the other staff. The breakfast was fantastic too, lots of choices. Will definitely return when visiting Kilkenny again!

Great stay in Bregagh House.
I was there as part of a large group last weekend, 16 & 17 june and the proprietors couldn't have been more accommodating. The rooms were clean & comfortable with everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely with good choice. The location is perfect..in a quiet area but walking distance from the town centre. I would highly recommend Bregagh house.

Great accommodation and location
Stayed for a hen party and would definitely recommend, the owners were very accommodating to our group and we all really enjoyed our stay. Excellent location as well with everything within walking distance and parking available for guests.

Great place to stay in Kilkenny
Friendly and clean. James is a wonderful host. Easy walk to everything. Beautiful garden in back. Parking is such a plus. Rock of Cashel is an easy day trip - 50 minute drive. Great place to stay in Kilkenny!
