Very comfortable B&B with wonderful hosts is just a short walk from the historic town center. Our room was on the ground floor and was spacious and immaculate. Our hosts were able to direct us into town and could not have been more helpful. The room was very comfortable with

Peggy and John did a great job at welcoming the 4 of us for a night at the Kenmurhouse. The welcoming cup of tea as well as breakfast were close to perfection. Kenmurhouse looks like the sort of place where you can not help thinking to yourself that you should have stayed

Had to use our GPS to find the location - so close to downtown, but in a nice quiet spot away from the downtown noise! Breakfast was wonderful and the owners could not have been nicer. Went out of their way to be sure our children were comfortable as well.

Do not hesitate to book at the Kenmur House, it's an easy 5 min walk into the heart of Kilkenny; John and Peggy are some of the best hosts you will find in Ireland. We stayed with them for 2 nights this past August, Peggy's Irish breakfast was one of the best we had during our 2 week stay in the Emerald Isle. We also stayed with John's brother Gerry at Bayview House in Tralee, both I highly recommend.
