Stayed here recently for one night to attend a wedding in a local hotel. There were 4 of us in total: myself, my husband & my parents. Venue is well signposted despite roadworks & we were warmly welcomed by John. We were all asked if we would have the full Irish the next morning & we all accepted except my...

This was the first B&B we stayed in while traveling around Ireland. The hosts were very pleasant and sweet. The room was at the back, on the third floor so lots of stair climbing and the slanted roof caused my husband to hit his head a couple of times trying to get around the beds. Beautifully located in Kilkenny; walking...

Angela & John were wonderful hosts. Our room was clean, tea and coffee available in our room, house is charming and it's a great location to be able to walk into town. Plus she's the Irish ambassador to San Diego.

Lovely hosts, breakfast. I am a picky pillow person but not in beds. Pillows were pencil thin and worn. I sincerely don't remember sleeping on a more uncomfortable bed in years. Warped and worn hard. Great location with free car park. We were in room 2.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. Please ,why didn't you ask me about pillows because we have plenty and maybe more comfortable. What can I do when you are gone. We are at a disadvantage here when there is nothing we can do for you.

Couple running it were friendly but we were disapointed to find chewing gum stuck to the corner of the bed stand. Thin walls so you could here when people were flushing, showering etc.. Breakfast was ok. Close to the city centre. Accepted credit card at booking to hold the room but wanted cash at check out.

Great location, quiet residential neighbourhood. Easy walking distance to eateries for dinner. John was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room at the top was clean with comfy bed and view. On street parking. Delicious and plentiful breakfast. Would definitely recommend.
