We had our wedding reception in the Newpark on 9/9/23. It was amazing to say the least. From the moment we met Sinead, it was an absolute dream! The staff were exceptional on the day and made our guests so welcome. We would highly recommend this venue! The attention to detail was second to none and any request was met with a smile. The service and food on the day was excellent! We are so delighted that we chose Newpark Kilkenny. We had no worries and Aga looked after us so well on the day. We felt so at home every time we visited the Newpark. Thank you for adding to our day.

From the moment we have entered the hotel till the moment our older daughter shared good few tears (as she really didn't want to leave!) as we were leaving the hotel everything was as it should be. Darragh at the reception desk as always was very helpful and accomodating making sure our stay was indeed great. Great facilities and plenty of activities for little guests. Thank you and we will be back soon :)

It is a great hotel for families. The kids loved the pool and the jurassic experience, especially the jurassic bounce. The Pizza's are lovely in the terrace. The infinity pool is amazing so nice and relaxing. Will definitely be returning to this hotel.

This is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, food and accommodation excellent, breakfast to die for, and the staff from front desk to restaurant where excellent,my sons will be talking about their stay for ever

The Newpark is a terrific hotel. It’s hard to pick out anything that’s bad or even average about it. The very best thing about the Newpark is the staff and I mean every single one of them in all sections of the hotel. They we’re constantly making sure that they were busy and that all the guests were well looked after. A special mention has to go to Aga, she was great. She looked after the wedding that I was at and she couldn’t have looked after us all any better. Her attention to detail, her friendliness and her humour were first class. I will definitely return to the Newpark hotel for another stay.

Stayed again at the newpark hotel for two nights for the ploughing championship’s. Great checkin and a large family room for one person. Added bonus of a nespresso machine in the room. Room was spotless and tv is huge. Breakfast is a buffet affair and we had all we needed to be kept going for the day. Only downside to the stay was the decision this year to only serve carvery each night in the restaurant. No normal menu was available which limited choice. Didn’t really want a heavy carvery after a days hard work. Also some of the staff in the restaurant could do with a refresh of the customer service skills namely Aoife. Would I return for next year, probably not.

I went to the escape spa with my friend and it was lovely and relaxing, the relaxation room was so nice and the infinity pool was gorgeous so warm. We were welcomed with a lovely smile and lovely atmosphere from all the staff. Thanks so much to Amy and ana from the spa that done our treatments we absolutely loved them. Will definitely be back again.

We had an amazing stay in the Newpark hotel. We have small children and they had such a good time! Hotel is really clean. Food in the bar was lovely. Staff were always very friendly. We did have an issue with housekeeping but this was dealt with by a very helpful manager. We would definitely come back!

Went here last week for a mid week spa break with my sis- in- law. This hotel is what all hotels should aspire to. From the minute you walk through the door, you are met with an atmosphere of relaxation. All the staff, without exception, that we encountered were friendly, professional and helpful. The breakfast is pretty spectacular with anything you could possibly want on offer. There are always staff nearby at busy times to ensure that you are never left waiting. We had lunch in Scott's Bar. It was really refreshing to have the option of poached salmon with a good selection of salads. It also had the traditional Carvery. We made use of the swimming pool and leisure facilities a lot. The outdoor infinity pool is really something else and we had lots of fun watching the peacock, cats and chickens chasing each other along the grass while there. We had the "Escape Delight" treatment in Escape Spa. It is really well worth having and my therapist Aisling was so good. Kilkenny centre is a pleasant walk away with great restaurants and bars and a lot of history. Will definitely return! …

I visited the Newpark Spa where I was treated by a lovely girl named Amy, She could not have been nicer and made the experience so enjoyable, I will definitely be back for another treatment from her. My family also had dinner in the bar, the food was lovely and very quick. All the wait staff were very prompt and attentive. The manager Noreen was also lovely and looked after us throughout the night.
