Travellers' Choice
If it's a friendly spot for a catch-up or a relaxed stopover for business, The Ashe Hotel is the perfect place to take a break. A modern four star addition to the vibrant and historical town of Tralee, this contemporary hotel is proving a popular place for lunch, dinner, drinks or roasted fresh coffee. A bustling hub, popular with neighbours and visitors, we love our location tucked away behind the main shopping street in the centre of town. Whether it's evening cocktails, a sparkling dinner, or a plush pillow for a great night's sleep, there's every good reason to stay. Our speciality gastro bar and restaurant menu is full of food sourced from local producers. Lunch happens from 12pm to 4pm and dinner from 4pm to 9pm. We're serious about providing the finest quality ingredients and a changing menu to fill happy appetites (even little ones with our children's menu). Soak up the atmosphere of our buzzing bar with smooth wines, craft beers, and a great line in cool cocktails. Meet friends, chill out after a busy day, enjoy a fun evening - our bar staff can mix things up for you. At The Ashe Hotel, we get excited about top class comfort and our ability to provide luxury accommodation in the heart of Kerry's capital. Even better, we are a stroll away from shops, restaurants, businesses and other fun things like swimming and the movies.

Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great hotel staff are very friendly, good decor and the rooms are spacious! Stayed here with family across two rooms which the staff put beside one another for us. We didn’t dine in for dinner but the breakfast was lovely hot food is made to order and then there’s a continental breakfast buffet you can use also. Location is central and there is parking available also but it may fill up on busy nights, in which case multi story parking is nearby! Would definitely recommend

The Ashe is an incredible hotel. The rooms are beautiful and the food is amazing. We got married in Tralee last year and a large number of our guests who were flying over from the UK stayed here as well as us for our second night party. Everyone was raving about the hotel and location but especially about the amazing staff at the hotel. They went above and beyond giving recommendations of the local area, organising taxis and making sure everyone was taken care of. I could not recommend the Ashe more. Thank you all for everything!

The Ashe is a lovely hotel right in the centre of Tralee. We had a great time there and it looked really lovely dressed up for the Christmas period! I would definitely be keen to come back next time I'm in that part of the world!

We have stayed here quite a few times and as always we felt very welcome and appreciated. The rates are very competitive with other hotels in Tralee and in fairness, it is well situated in the town centre.

My grand daughter and I found the Ashe to be a very comfortable, clean hotel. The bed was large, well equipped and the beds comfortable. We slept well. The public areas are very inviting, well decorated and pleasant to sit in. Very friendly and obliging staff, nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast menu and buffet exceeded expectation. There is a huge choice and the individually cooked options were delicious, well presented and hot. The reserved parking is well managed and it saved me from a huge amount of stress as M.S. has compromised my mobility. We will definitely be returning in the summer.
