My only complaint was I ordered my steak medium and it was very over-done. Other that that, the food was beautiful and the restaurant staff were excellent! We had a family room which had a very... Good location away from the center but easily accessible. Good sized rooms, large bright bath with shower and tub. Issues: No face towels. Dirty grout in tub that pulled-away on contact. Toilet pull came out of the wall. Very poor TV reception. Only warm to hot water from both basin taps. Hair dryer operates only in the room. The Eggs... More

Was invited to lunch here. The place has been refurbished to a very high standard. Even the curtains and railings look very nice. Not one for hotel food but have to say the food was good- consistent with the deco about the new place.

Overall we had a great time at The Rose Hotel, Great friendly staff in all areas, Breakfast was great which is cooked to order and while your waiting plenty on offer to eat and drink from the buffett. My only slight disapointment was the room its self. Very basic and bland, beds were comfy though. We traveled as a family... More

Stayed Saturday and Sunday and could not fault a single thing in this hotel. Rooms spotless and comfortable. Breakfast cooked to order and not luke warm sausages and rashers left on display to slowly cool down. Bar had music on Saturday night and was treated to melodic singing from a visiting music choir from Limerick. Sunday night was quiet but... More
