Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

One of the best Bed and Breakfast we have ever stayed at . The host Sandra was warm and welcoming . The room was well stocked and had beautiful linens . The breakfast was truly exceptional, from a variety of cheese and meats, yogourts and fresh fruit in addition to a menu offering full hot breakfast choices . The best place we stayed on our 21 day vacation travels

This has to be the nicest B&B in Ireland. From its backdrop of the Kerry mountains to its warm welcome to its cleanliness to its luxurious rooms, sumptious breakfasts and attention to every detail. I will be back.

An amazing place to stay! I rarely write reviews but I left this place wishing I could stay longer. The most homely place I have ever stayed and far superior to many. Sandra is the warmest host and so helpful. The breakfast was genuinely the best I've ever had, better than any hotel, top quality products used and great variety. Water in a fridge in the room, fresh fruit and even a good quality hairdryer. Beautifully decorated and lovely staff. Highly reccomend.

A delightful place to stay. a pleasure from start to finish. We were made most welcome by the owners and nothing was too much trouble. Beautifully furnished throughout and our bedroom was spacious, luxurious and with a breathtaking view. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. Wish we had been staying longer.

I don’t normally leave reviews however this stay was amazing!! There was 3 of us and we had booked the triple room as we are all mates so didn’t mind sharing a room. We arrived and got taken to our room to settle in. 2 minutes later we had a knock on the door and was offered a free upgrade to the biggest room so we could all have separate beds!!!! Breakfast was lovely a great range of food hot and cold and great drinks on offer. The staff were lovely and so accommodating. Would definitely stay again! Thank you brook manor lodge for making our holiday so enjoyable!

Everything was perfect. The room, the breakfast and especially the owner Sandra. She was so pleasant and helpful. She got us reservations for dinner two nights and gave us directions when we needed them. We have reserved rooms again for this August.

My son and I stayed 3 nights at Brook Manor Lodge. Location was 20 minutes from Tralee Golf Links. Rooms were clean and attractive. Breakfast was in a garden setting and had buffet plus ordering from a menu. Sandra the owner was a wonderful and helpful hostess, including getting us reservations at nearby restaurants. We will definitely stay there next year when we return to Ireland. Ray Gordon Venice,Florida

Stayed here with a group of friends for the Rose of Tralee festival, we were all blown away by the wonderful luxurious rooms and beautiful decor at Brook Manor. Sandra was so friendly and welcoming and always ready to help. The breakfast was an amazing spread along with an impressive menu with dishes cooked to order. Location was ideal with plenty parking. Could not recommend enough!! Will definitely be coming back. Thank you Sandra!

We recently stayed in brook manor Lodge for two nights. We were greeted by Sandra, the host of the house with a warm welcome and made us feel comfortable the second We stepped in. The room was very spacious. One part of the room was the king size bed with TV and ensuite bathroom. Next to the room was another area to relax and sit back, have a coffee and get ready. The bed was so comfortable and we had a lovely view of the mountains. Breakfast was amazing and there was plenty of choices, more than you would ever expect for a B+B. The location was perfect. Just a few minutes away from tralee Town centre, 30 minutes from dingle, all the attractions and sights, and 30 minutes from killarney. We would highly recommend this beautiful place to stay on their trip to tralee and we will definitely be back to stay here again.

Sandra and her staff are top notch. And the facility, breakfast and location is absolutely PERFECT for staying in Tralee. The other reviewers covers most of what we would say and we agree 100%! Highly, highly recommend Brook Manor Lodge and when we return to Tralee to visit family, we will be staying there! You won't be disappointed.
