Myself and my wife popped in the week of Halloween and we were served by a polite young waiter David who made us feel very welcome. Attentive and plenty of conversation but not over the top. Starters and main course we're both cooked perfectly .
To say that the staff did everything possible for us in order to make the night a very memorable night for us and our family and friends would be an understatement. From start to finish nothing was a bother and they were accommodating to all of our requests on the night and the lead up to the party. The food was also excellent quality and value and was commented on by or friends and family. We also had a DJ for the night who also worked very well with the hotel and the actual venue for a large family party was ideal with music (DJ) in the cellar and the main bar is only a few steps away for a quite drink and a chat with family and friends.
A wonderful hotel all the way around. Lovely room, very friendly and helpful staff, a great location, and delicious breakfast. Very clean, very quiet. A great place to come back to after a long day of sightseeing. Would definitely stay again.
Very friendly helpful staff. Bedroom very bright and spacious with a very comfortable bed. Plenty towels and room has a kettle with tea and coffee supplied. Bathroom has a powerful shower and very clean . Food very good, great choices and breakfast cooked to order. We were on top floor found the stairs difficult when I return I will ask for a room on 1st floor.
Had a 2 night break away with my husband and children. Stayed in the charming Imperial hotel tralee which is in the middle of Tralee town. The hotel is on the doorstep of the hustle and bustle of shops, bars, theatre and restaurants in Tralee town. On arrival we were welcomed by the very professional and friendly hotels manager Derek. The staff of hotel couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The bar is quaint and cosy, the food definitely lives up to its name of best meal in town'. Will most definitely be returning in the future and would highly recommend a stay at this charming hotel. Rachel Guerin.

The rooms were very comfortable and spotless. We were joined for dinner by another couple. The food was absolutely delicious, great choice with something for everyone. There was five of us for dinner and everyone of us thoroughly enjoyed our food. The service was excellent and I have to mention Moya she went above and beyond for us yesterday evening and again at breakfast. She really is an asset to your team. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Imperial Hotel Tralee, we will be back
Stayed in a few hotels in tralee over the years and imperial has to be the best by far for quality and value, the room was comfortable and very clean, we an evening meal and the food was delicious, and the breakfast could not be faulted with so much choice. All the staff members were so helpful and friendly. I must say a huge thanks to Katie at the front desk who went above and beyond to make our stay at the hotel a memorable one.
Me and my husband were due to go to Poland on a pre Christmas break but due to covid restrictions we decided not to. As we were meeting my sister and husband, Tralee was an obvious choice. We got a great deal on escapes.ie but not knowing how it worked I didn't do it properly and realised the night before we travelled that I had only half booked it. I rang the hotel in a panic and Katie calmed me down and sorted me out. So I wasn't expecting much as the deal was so good but we were blown away by both hotel and Tralee. The hotel was all done up for Christmas, totally quaint and gorgeous. All the staff were lovely, couldn't have been any nicer and the food and rooms were all fabulous. Tralee itself is a gorgeous town and was as pretty as a picture with all its Christmas lights and everyone we came across was so nice and friendly and helpful. We could get loads of shopping done as we had the car and Tralee has great shops, including all the Irish favourites. The hotel is a one minute walk away from a great Penneys too !! Also there were lovely pubs nearby with music on. So all told, a great trip and I'm delighted we went there!!!…
