A gem. Surrounding countryside, easy to find, brillant staff, excellent food, lovely rooms and tasteful quality iinterior, loved the VOYA spa products. Will be back soon for a Spa treatment. Can’t wait. The breakfast was out of this world with the fantastic cereal/fruit/yoghurt/müsli set up plus the breakfast menu itself and the available paper. We went for a friends daughters wedding and the drinks reception was brillant, the meal excellent (I had the sirloin which was perfect (normally it’s shoesole quality in most places), staff fast and attentive and the change from dining to dancing area was fast. Can’t wait to go back. From our home in Bandon Co Cork it’s 1:30 passing Killarney and Kerry airport, great with the new Macroom bypass.

This hotel should be looking to regrade to a 5 star property - one of the nicest and most authentic Irish hospitality experiences I’ve ever stayed had. We were incredibly lucky to have been upgraded to a suite - wow - what a room! Fit for royalty! The food was some of the nicest restaurant food I’ve ever had - and service was impeccable. Breakfast was also top notch. The grounds are fabulous to explore, we availed of the complimentary bicycles and explored the grounds. The spa is beautiful. Didn’t have a treatment but used the jacuzzi etc. its a pity there isn’t a proper pool but they’ve done the best they can to make up for that with their spa facilities. A fabulous hotel & worth a visit !!

I was in the Ballygarry recently as a guest at a wedding. The hotel is beautiful inside and out. Very clean and the staff were lovely. I have a lot of dietary issues. I am always nervous when attending a wedding in case I won't get the correct food. The young lady attending our table was excellent, she went out of her way to make sure my meal was what I wanted. It was a fabulous meal. Thank you to the staff of the Ballygarry.

Great location, great people, a wonderful hotel with spacious, tastefully furnished rooms. Acres of gardens, outdoor walks, and spa. Food was first class to match the restaurant, bar and other dining facilities. We have stayed in six hotels so far and the Ballygarry Estate Hotel tops them all. We would definitely stay there again.

Booked a ladies spa day and signature room for a little treat for my daughter and I. When we arrived early for spa, hoping our room would be ready , they kindly upgraded us to the Ballygarry Suite! What a treat!! Kevin was a gem, and showed us to our suite. The room looked over the manicured grounds of the hotel and also the mountains. The suite was massive with everything you could imagined you needed ! Spotless clean and air conditioning full blast which was a blessing as it was roasting hot . Lunch in the Brassier was quick and light before our treatments in the Nadur Spa. We lounged in the thermal suite and hot tubs before hand and then enjoyed an hour and a half of pampering! Dinner & cocktails that night in the brassiere again was very relaxing, with our waitress very attentive. Would recommend the steak sandwich quirky with the bbq sauce ! Cocktails were fab. To end on a high breakfast was delivered to our room in the morning, piping hot and generous portions. Really a wonderful relaxing stay. Hotel was spotless, staff were friendly and kind. A great night's sleep in a comfortable bed !

Our 3 night stay at the Ballygarry Estate Hotel & Spa was booked by our travel agent as we played golf at the Ballybunion and Tralee Golf Courses (loved both!) We also enjoyed a day at the Dingle Peninsula. The staff were all very welcoming and kind throughout our stay and the atmosphere was relaxing and warm. We took in the included breakfast each morning which was such a treat! (Thank you for the gf options!) We also had a delicious dinner at the Brasserie on our last evening. We were gone much of each day but still enjoyed a bike ride (on the adorable bikes provided by the hotel) around the beautiful grounds as well as a stroll on foot. So relaxing! And I can’t forget to mention the bed as it was so comfortable (and we were so grateful!) and the room was very quiet. We appreciated all the lovely touches that made for a beautiful and wonderful stay! A lovely respite in the midst of our time in Ireland! Thank you!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay at the hotel. The manager and all staff were always friendly, hospitable and willing to help. Breakfasts and dinner in restaurant 58 were excellent with great service every time. The hotel has a strong environmental ethos with a large part of the estate being returned to wetlands and woodland. On the outskirts of Tralee with the beautiful Dingle peninsula adjacent. Would definitely recommend highly.

Excellent staff and service. Everything about this Hotel is immaculate. The grounds are perfectly manicured. Although Weddings are also at the Hotel the way it has been designed means the Hotel guests are not impacted by the Wedding party.

Had dinner here recently and the food and menu don't suit the lovely property, the hotel itself is clean and modern but the food itself was boring and bland I feel the chef needs a bit of inspiration because it's a 4 star property with 2 star food options very dated
