Great location right in the centre of the town with parking! The apartments are bit dated - probably luxury in 1998. Friendly reception - but closed early. Rooms were large but lacking in user friendly stuff - like door hooks and towel rails in the bathroom. No air con - which was not good the week we were there - and no fans at all from reception.

Great location at the top of the Main Street. Safe w indoor parking and locked gates. Looks like a combination of people living there and rentals. Grocery store downstairs. Our unit was spacious with 2 floors, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 washrooms. Our unit was a little musty and could use an update. But everything worked perfectly. Good value.

This is the second time I have stayed here. The location is brilliant, at the main street. The apartments are spacious and have everything you need. Staff were friendly and check in / out was seemless.

There is a lot that we appreciated about this property: a self-catering apartment (great for family travel), the location (just off the High Street), and the cleanliness. The price felt very reasonable for the size and location. I don't think I realized when I booked that this place doesn't have air conditioning. I realize that is common in Ireland, but it would have been nice to at least have fans available, since it was quite stuffy inside the apartment. In an unfamiliar place, it's kind of nerve-racking to have to leave windows open in a ground floor room. The bedroom with the twin beds worked out well, but the second bedroom with the full bed was so small that it was tough to maneuver. The beds were very hard; mattress toppers or new mattresses would make the experience a lot more comfortable. I appreciated that the apartment had a washer/dryer. I recommend finding the drying rack that is in the apartment, as the dryer takes a very long time to finish a cycle. Our stay here was adequate. Our family of four appreciated having a bit of extra space. Apparently there is secure parking, but that wasn’t shared with us at check in so we worked to find street parking. The bedroom windows open a bit - not enough to really cool down the rooms. Bring your own detergent and dryer sheets if you plan to do laundry - took 4-5 hours per load to wash/dry in the single unit. Check-in is only available 3-6 pm and when we asked for an alternative option as we weren’t planning on arriving that early - they chose not to respond. Had to cut plans short.

Our favorite stay during our entire 10 day trip to Ireland. We had a two bedroom two bathroom apartment which was great for our family of four to spread out a bit. Location can’t be beat, right at the top of High Street. Everything in the town of Killarney is within walking distance. We appreciated having the washer/dryer to do some laundry. The apartment was spotlessly clean and Park Place has a secure indoor car park. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer.

Stayed here with friends for a weekend. Secure parking, fabulously clean, cosy and comfortable apartments. In a fantastic location to sample all the delights Killarney has to offer! I would recommend to anyone. We'll be back again for sure!

Firstly a massive thank you to Maggie for her fantastic communication from the start to the end of our stay. We had a penthouse apartment with spectacular views of the town and the surrounding hills. I can honestly say these apartments are a 5 star accommodation as they had everything you would expect in a 5 star. It was clean and tidy throughout, if I was to score it out of 100 it would be 99.9 the only small thing that let it down was the balcony required some weeding otherwise it was absolutely perfect. The underground free parking made life so much easier. Would we stay again in the future, it’s a no brainier of course we would. Once again a massive thank you to Maggie and the whole team for making our stay so memorable and comfortable.

We (2 people) stayed in a penthouse apartment for a week and loved it - modern,spacious, v well appointed with all mod cons. There was a spacious balcony and magnificent views over the rooftops to the mountains in the distance. The apartments are right in the main part of town - so within a few yards you are on the Main Street which is very vibrant and lively. Parking is problematic in Killarney - these apartments have secure underground parking which is a major bonus. If we go to Killarney again we will definitely stay here
