Stayed here for one night as we passed through. Eileen was so friendly and welcoming- nothing was too much trouble. We walked in to the town for dinner (about 20 mins) and there were lots of great options.

The room was comfortable and clean but the walls are quite thin and we could hear quite a lot of noise from one of the other rooms. It did quiet down eventually though. The shower was also not great- pressure was poor and the hot water ran out halfway through my shower unfortunately.

Breakfast was really lovely, great selection and lovingly put together. We were stuffed when we left and didn’t stop for lunch. Overall it was a good stay and we would stop here again.

We loved our stay! You couldnt beat the price for a short walk to downtown, breakfast included, and great rooms and hospitality. Eileen was such a sweetheart, and each time we saw her, she was checking on us to make sure things were going great. It was a beautiful location, and we would have loved spending more time outside if we weren't so busy exploring County Kerry.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights at Crystal Springs B&B. The rooms and the entire place were gorgeous and spotlessly clean. The owner, Eileen, was friendly and accommodating. They were in the process of adding a large outdoor patio, which I can imagine will be so relaxing to sit and watch the river flow by. If we are ever fortunate to return to Ireland we will not hesitate to stay at Crystal Springs again.

We had stayed at this property for three day. Upon our arrival we were shown to our room. It also had a patio door and the key to the door was on the inside. We found it extremely difficult in opening and closing the door as the key would get jammed We never had a key to the door that opened to the inside of the house. After informing Eileen about this she said she would give us a spare key which we never got during our three day stay there. The jammed key lock was a fire hazard. We could not easily open and close the door from the inside or outside. Eileen also informed us that it was our responsibility to throw our trash at the city dump. After checking in, we noticed that the trash can in the bathroom still had the previous guest trash inside. She would only turn the heater on for a very short period of time for us. We would have to call her to please turn the heater on. She informed us that all appliances were controlled by them upstairs This was our experience. Look around there are many other places to stay.
Eileen spoke to us so rudely informing us that she would charge us a per day for trash left her garden by the river and the summer room was a beautiful addition to her property however she did not seem to want us to use it. We would have to call her to turn the lights on and get the remote for the TV. She rudely told us that we were visitors here and as such should be eating outside and not bringing food to her property.

The management showed a dislike towards the use of the common seating area in the garden. No trash disposal facilities on the premises. She asked us to take our trash to the public city dump. Threatened to charge us for trash disposal per day. Heat was turned on only upon request calls and turned off at will after a short time. The refrigerator had no power. Was turned on after a call. Good breakfast served.

Location away from city center. Service very minimal, no heat, had to be requested for turning on every nite. Heat was turned on for a very short time. Issue with trash disposal. Would not dispose the trash, I had to clean my own trash and bag it. Trash was not collected for the three nights we stayed there. The management threatened to charge me for trash disposal per day.
Issues with usage of outdoor patio table for dinner.
Good breakfast served.

Great central location for Killarney and accompanying trips around the area. The room was big and had balcony overseeing the Flesk River. Our Hostess Eileen was fantastic! Friendly and eager to share her knowledge of the area. The included breakfast was generous and flavorful. Highly recommend!

If you are going to stay in Killarney be sure to book this place. It's situated on the river and is beautifully in every way. Eileen is lovely and breakfast was very filling !! The room we were given was overlooking the river and beautifully decorated. It's about a mile walk into Killarney with lots of bars and restaurants and great access to the ring of Kerry and Dingle peninsula

This B and B is five star! Beautiful rooms and attention to detail. It is homely and cosy and bright in all areas. Breakfast is amazing with so much choice and amount. The best part of this B and B is the heart and soul of Eileen. She is welcoming and attentive to all your needs, enquiries and more. I wouldn’t hesitate booking to stay here again! The location is perfect - just a short walk into Killarney.

This has to be the best B&B that we have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived we were made feel as if we were at home. The room was amazing and so luxurious.
The breakfast in the morning was brilliant with a fab choice of food.
We will definitely be coming back soon.
