We stayed two nights at Elyod House while staying in Killarney area. Mary, the host was very helpful in planning things to see and do in the area. The homemade breakfast both days where wonderful. The house is very convenient to the town center, National park, and the Ring of Kerry. Overall great stay.
My husband and I enjoyed our 2 night stay at Elyod House. Mary was very helpful with suggestions of places to see on the Ring of Kerry. We were able walk to town for restaurants. Our room was fairly small but we had a lovely view out our window. Breakfast was good and my husband especially loved the French toast.
I have been to Ireland three time before my trip in May 2022. This easily was the best B&B that I stayed at on any of mt trips to Ireland. The breakfast was great with several choices and the room was very clean and up to date. It's only a 10 minute walk to Kilarney and very quiet. Highly recommended!
My family and I stayed with Mary at her fabulous bed and breakfast in May for two nights. The accommodations were perfect the food was wonderful and Mary was incredible. My daughter even got sick one day and she ran out to the store to get her ginger ale and helped us clean her clothes. I couldn't have asked for more with our stay!
What an amazing experience. Mary was so inviting and so was her precious dog :) The breakfast was amazing our host was super kind. The view from our room was breathtaking. The home was beautiful with large windows. It’s in the small details, silverware was actually silver.
Mary! Thank you so much for your warm welcome and hospitality. The room was clean and very convenient. Thank you for your great recommandation for dinner, we understand why you call it your favorite restaurant. Everything was well organised and the breakfast was excellent!
Mary was great! Our stay was most enjoyable and the breakfasts were awesome! Short walk to town was a plus! Mary was very helpful with suggesting activities to do in the area and even booked our tour to gap of Dunloe. Really loved Killarney and the town atmosphere!
Great place to stay. Mary is an excellent host and made me feel so welcome. She helped me with ideas for what to do each day and places to eat in the evening. The breakfast was great and the room was fab. Would definitely recommend.
The Elyod House was an absolutely lovely accommodation, I only wish we could have stayed longer. I visited with 4 other friends, so we had a room for two and another for three. I stayed in the room for three and it was spacious and clean with a nice attached bathroom. Mary is absolutely wonderful. Such a kind and welcoming host. Easy to chat with, and offered great recommendations for the next leg of our trip. And we especially loved being greeted by Rudy, the resident lab, who was the cutest, sweetest and most well behaved dog. The homemade breakfast was such a nice treat. And the home is located for an easy walk to city center. Would absolutely stay here again.
Me and my friend stayed in this perfect B&B on our first two days of the Kerry Way. Nice spacious room with a lovely view at the mountains. Really nice and kind host Mary who served us a delicious breakfast before starting our beautifull walk. Really want to stay here again someday!
