Redwood is surrounded by 15 acres of gardens and pasture situated 2 miles north of Killarney town, positioned in a wonderful location between the Ring Kerry and Dingle Peninsula. 4**** Irish Tourist Board , Pat Preston recommended. Highly recommended luxury accommodation, noted for its inviting personal friendly atmosphere. Our Hostess was lovely and very helpful to two tired travellers. The room was very tastefully decorated, very clean and neat. large enough for our large suitcases. Tea and coffee facilities in room and breakfast was offered for an extra cost. Shared lounge room was available for our use.Bed was very comfortable. Room was very quiet. Our only issue was that it was further away from the city centre than we imagined and no dinners meals were available without driving into the city. Otherwise would recommend for a romantic weekend getaway. Grounds were superbly kept.

Evelyn was lovely, and we enjoyed our stay very much. The beds were very comfortable, the linens were very nice, she set a beautiful table for breakfast - we couldn’t have asked for anything better! The location is convenient to Killearney with all sorts of shops and restaurants, but the house is set off from the road and is quiet and just gorgeous.

A beautiful house, very clean and tidy with large rooms. Plenty of choice at breakfast which was included in the price. A little concerned at first as the house is set back from a main route into Killarney, but there was no road noise in the house or room. The owners Matt and Evelyn were very friendly.

Stayed here for 1 night, beautiful country house with very fine pieces in the sitting room. Beds were extra comfortable, everthing very clean and shower has lots of hot water (we were 4 in a family room). The location is a bit out if you want to go into town for dinner so you must prepare to drive but that is ok just a few minutes, and there is lots of parking. Very beautiful gardens and the owner was very nice and welcoming.

Although a little bit out in the country this B&B had a wonderful atmosphere with a nice sitting room with piano and a lot of guest rooms. We were in a nice room upstairs and our friends in one downstairs. The breakfast menu was quite varied and offered many options for all tastes. The inn appeared to be full up when we were there and parking was kind of an issue but we found a spot.

A delightful 2 nights at the beautiful Redwood Bed & Breakfast while visiting the local sights of Killarney. Evelyn and her Husband are very friendly, the room was spacious and clean. You select breakfast the night before: full Irish breakfast, Irish pancakes or fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals and pastries are available. Redwood is in a quiet place only about 3 miles North of the busy Killarney and the grounds are landscaped beautifully with plenty of parking.

We spent a night in a family room and the only thing we regret is to have booked only one night there. Indeed, our host was very nice, attentive and gave us lots of advises about things to do and restaurants. The room vas spacious, very clean and well decorated, as the rest of the property. And the breakfast was just perfect with the homemade meals served on demand, the fresh fruits in salad and the good tea. In addition to the good food and beverages, the table was well dressed. We highly recommend this place !

A lovely warm welcome and a beautiful large house in well maintained gardens. Our room was nicely decorated and a good size with very comfortable beds . Excellent modern bathroom with a large shower. Breakfast was charged extra but worth every penny. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed at Redwood for two nights while touring the local sights of Killarney and County Kerry. The landlady Evelyn was very friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean. There were numerous choices of hot Irish breakfast available however these must be decided upon on the night before, continental style was also available as were fruit and cereal. The only negative I could give would be the two mile distance to town.
