Honestly the best bnb you would find in Killarney. It’s clean and comfortable and such lovely staff. The owners are lovely as well as everyone working there. Big shout out to the Porter Jerry , he’s such a lovely man and great fun. He looked after us. I would highly recommend this bnb.
My Wife and I staied at this low level Inn. While it is in very nice location, walking to town is short the Beds "Sucked" VERY hard and sad to sleep in. It remined my of my bed while in incarcerated. Beds seem to be what you whould find in United States Prision. The Breakfast was week, need to get better cooks and food there. If you do stay here, go to "Killarney Brewing Company" a short walk from this place. They have Great Pizza and local beer that they make. Good Luck.....
I was disappointed with the room it was overpriced for what was available there was nothing to shower with there were 3 small bars of soap the towels were ripped the window in the shower would not closeted building is old and we were on the ground floor you could here all of the movements in the next floor the staff were friendly and breakfast was nice just felt it was not worth the money I had two double rooms booked and the second room had no electricity working sockets or lights and not very clean
The only reason this place isn't getting one star is because the people working there were so nice and breakfast was decent. The place is so shabby, just not at all anywhere I would stay ,(I didn't book it, it was part of a trip through Intrepid). There was no elevator so I had to carry my bag upstairs (it was in Ireland for weeks so it was heavy). The entire place had really old carpet which did not look clean, especially in my room where it was stained. I wore my socks because rhe carpet was so gross i didnt want to step on it in bare feet. The bed was old and lumpy and the bedding cheap children's bedding (with doughnuts on it inexplicably). The bathroom was tiny and the shower just didn't look clean, also the shower door didnt close all of the way. The bath soap was horrible. The towel was tiny. It was cold one night so I turned on the heat and could smell burning dust which send my allergies into a tailspin so I had to turn it off and just be cold. And to top it all of, it's a little bit of a walk into town. Do yourself a favor and skip this place...opt for a bed and breakfast instead if you don't want to spring for a nice hotel. …
I loved this BnB, the people here were extremely welcoming and helpful. They made me feel like I was at home.. The breakfast was really good with so many options . The location is a close walk to town The room was lovely and clean, special mention for the bathroom! Only issue was a very hard bed but if you have enough guinesses at the pub you won't notice
Got a great deal here for the bank holiday weekend, excellent value for money! Upon arrival the receptionist could not have been nicer and set us up for a great stay. The location was perfect and was only a five minute walk into town (even in heels!!). The family room had everything we needed for the one night and the beds were really comfortable! Would highly recommend this hotel, looking forward to returning soon!
Harmony Inn - Glenn House offered a comfortable stay with a clean, basic room. Safe parking available on site. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious (variety of food available). Accommodation also within walking distance to shops, restaurants and cafés as well as some local attractions. Overall stay = good value for money.
Excellent price for an overnight stop of a motorcycle trip. Bike parking at front and bikers use this place regularly. Very friendly staff, hot powerful shower, good breakfast. Loose a star for rubbish budget mattress but it's always good to have something to improve on!
I was pleasantly surprised by this B&B. You get all the comfort, clean-ness, pleasant staff, excellent service, and excellent room conditions that you would expect from a well run hotel. Plus free car parking outside, and within 10mins walk to the centre of the town. Just one thing though, bring foam ear plugs, as the noise from the road can be loud if sleeping with the windows open. The breakfast is perfect, with a great range of choice. The fry was cooked nicely, not greasy at all. If you wanted to eat in the B&B in the evening, the B&B will happily allow you to order a takeaway and eat it in thier dining area, using thier utensils etc. So if you can't afford a hotel, this place is a perfect option and will feel exactly like a well run hotel.
Avoid at all costs this place is horrendous! The smell in rooms is sickening, the breakfast is basic muck and the rooms don’t even have proper curtains which let the light in so not good for families at all. The one positive is that any staff I encountered were friendly and helpful.
