Hotel is conveniently located in the heart of shops and pubs. Good breakfast buffet with a staff that is very helpful. Clean and spacious room but we did have a long walk off the elevator. Was worried that the noise from the neighboring pubs would keep us awake but we slept well. Had a lovely stay.

The hotel was good location in Killarney. The rooms were clean and service was good. Next door is a great Irish pub for music and drink in the evening. Had great time there. Breakfast in the hotel was very nice buffet. However the down side of this hotel is they have a lot of tours staying there, so if you go to breakfast at wrong time, there was a wait line and no tables, so timing is key. The front lobby gets very busy when the tour buses are leaving. The hallways get noise when the groups were coming or going. No hotel parking here, but a public lot across the street was fine. Free from 6:30pm to 8:30am...

This is a very nice non chain hotel. Rooms and facilities are similar to what you would find in the nicer hotels. Awesome location. No on-site parking but easy access to public parking across the street that is not expensive (around a euro an hour from 830 to 630 and after that free so if you are sightseeing it’s pretty much free as you are not parking during the day). We had breakfast included and it was the typical hotel buffet menu in Ireland. Nothing to write home about but good. Rooms are nice size.

Nice, clean hotel with a lively bar attached with great music. Rooms were quiet + cosy. Only real downside to this hotel was the breakfast which was cold and obviously sitting there some time. For €15 there is much nicer places close by to eat.

Wonderful hotel right in the center of Killarney. Very nice, comfortable rooms with easy walking to shops, hotels and the National Park. We were there during Rally if the Lakes which was unexpected but fun. Staff were outstanding and breakfast was amazingly good. Great place to stay.

Nice. Updated hotel in Killarney. The restaurant had an excellent breakfast buffet and the rooms were very nice. Close to everything in Killarney. They were having a road rally in town so the area was a little loud but that clearly wasn’t the hotel’s fault.

Booked direct for 3 people for 4 nights, person taking the booking very helpful, we had a disabled person with us so had to ensure their room was accessible for them and that it had a walk in shower, was assured the disabled room had. We were offered the room next door, which we thought was very helpful. Unfortunately though it turned out that the disabled room had a bath in only, and the disabled person did not like to say to us as and make a fuss, as we had booked for them, they though that's how it was booked so they spent the 4 days of our trip struggling to get in and out of a bath!! Only found out on the last day that this had happened. Was very annoyed and mentioned it at Reception they apologised but did not seem concerned, there could have been serious consequences to this. The room we had, 450 had a lift immediately behind and the noise from the lift was constant and kept us awake. The worst thing though was the paper cups for drinks in the room!! I have never stayed anywhere (even the cheapest of places) that did not offer a proper cup with hot drink making facilities in the room. Everyday we had to ask for proper cups, once we simply got a cup-nothing else no saucer even! 2 other days we were told they could not give us a cup in the room we had to use the paper cups. Absolutely appalling and not appropriate for a hotel of this standard. Would not recommend this hotel.

Hello sunseeker10001 Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. We do take all feedback as an opportunity to learn and further develop our facilities and standards. I am disappointed to read that the allocated room was not as requested and this is something that we would have been more than happy to resolve if mentioned prior to departure. I do apologise for this as there must have been a misunderstanding prior to your arrival and certainly not intended as we always aim to provide our guests with the best possible experience and most comfortable stay. Perhaps the cups in the rooms were not explained in full detail to you and therefore misunderstood. In all bedrooms we do provide a kettle alone with hot beverage facilities and the cups we provide are recyclable so as to be more sustainable towards the environment. I would be happy to discuss with you if you would like to email me directly on gm@killarneytowers.com Kind regards Brian Lawlor General Manager

➕ The strength of this hotel are it's strategic location and it's excellent staffs. F&B staffs were exceptional and professional. Food was delicious and service was fast. ➖ The room we stayed (157) was very small. The bathroom was so small that we had to stand still while showering. We had 2 luggage and space was limited. Luckily we are only staying here for one night. We suggest that you ask the front desk abt your room before making a booking if you need big room / family vacatio. Other than that... It was okay 👍 Tq & stay safe !
