this is the most deceiving guest house ever, it has all the par excellence of a 5* hotel with its 29 bedrooms, superb varied breakfast and unbeatable value. Cleanliness was A1 and location is ideal. Will definitely be back.

This b&b is ok, it's grand for somewhere to stay if your planning on being out and about a lot. The location is great, close to town and the INEC. The room was clean enough but there could be more attention to detail, small things like the tv remote and chair could have done with a wipe and there were...

The staff were very welcoming and friendly Staff. I arrived early and was able to check in early which was a big help on the day. Located within walking distance of town centre. A pleasant stay in a nice town.

Booked last minute and it worked out well. Bedroom nicely furnished with quality linens and towels. Some parts of the hotel need updating. Pleasant and helpful staff. Close to city centre, quiet neighbourhood.

Killarney great base for exploring countryside especially Ring of Kerry. The Inn is located short distance from all local facilities. Clean and comfortable spacious room with nice breakfast. Friendly owner and staff. Recommend Kaynes Bistro for eating - 5 minutes walk.

Greeted by the lovely Spanish man at reception. A quaint b&b feels more like a small hotel but with lovely atmosphere and hospitality. Pleasantly surprised with the spacious room..my dad and I shared a twin room. Very comfortable with nicely furnished. Could've been a few more cold breakfast options available but a very small complaint. Centrally located, parking can be...

Good location close to center of town, good breakfast and friendly staff. Mold in bathroom as we have seen in many B&B's on this trip and Some make up stains on the sheets. There was quite a bit of noise in the hallways.

Very good location, good parking and helpful staff but room was every basic and in need of a facelift/refurbishment. The view over the back (garden!) is miserable. Room hot, no A/c. OK for a convenient night's stay close to the town but much better value to be had near by.

The room was clean and tidy, very warm, for August it was a very hot day and the window was closed. We had to open it and leave it open all night. We could not charge out phones as there was no power in the sockets, when we told them about it they did say that it would be fixed...
