great location and Sean is a great host. Warm, friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable when planning activities in the area. Very comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast. A little investment in providing wifi for the rooms and a coffee/ tea bar in the lounge would make this a 5 and perfect!

Loved my stay at this B&B. Beautiful location with a mountain backdrop! Breakfast was wonderful and included in the price of the room. Something that bigger hotels don't include. Internet was touch and go but there was so much to do in the area I didn't really miss it. I like that they try and source as much local products...

We only stayed with Sean for one night but wish we could have stayed for longer. The house is warm and cosy, the rooms are spacious and the view out the back Windows is beautiful. Sean was a great host, very knowledgeable and helpful and a great breakfast too. You won't be disappointed!

We really liked the host! Always up for a chat, friendly and helpful. The house itself is an old farm house with modern bathroom facilities and cozy rooms. We had the room on the street side of the house, but the windows didn't let any noise come through. You can spend the evening in the guest lounge with TV and...

Beautiful rooms. Warm country decor. A view of green fields. Delicious breakfast. Served by the gracious owner himself. Assistance of all types. A brief historical tour of the land. A walk in the fields. Close proximity to Killarney National Park. Was a wonderful wonderful stay at Salmon Leap Farm. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This place was awesome. It's immaculately maintained, and every where you turn there's another nice touch. The room we had was a fantastic size, plenty of space. We had a gorgeous window overlooking the back of the property. Perfect spot to relax and have tea. As soon as we got there we were offered tea and coffee. We spent a...

I wish we had been in less of a hurry and had had time to visit the on-site ruins and to simply relax in this peaceful place. Sean's family has been here for generations, as attested by the numerous family photos in the living room. Sean was quick to offer tea upon check-in, and we took advantage of this as...

We were traveling with three generations and all of us fully enjoyed our experience at Salmon Leap Farm. If only we had more time, we would have lingered longer. Everything about the accommodations was lovely- the spacious room, the views, the living area with fireplace, and the food. We most enjoyed the personal interest and the tour by Sean of...
