Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We loved our 3-night stay here and would easily stay here again if we are back in Killarney. Everything in our room was clean and comfortable. The pub downstairs was great and felt like an actual locals hangout (which not everywhere in Killarney did). The breakfast was absolutely wonderful, so delicious, and all the staff were so friendly and helpful with recommendations on our itinerary.

After staying at some bigger hotels during other parts of our Ireland trip, Dan Linehan's felt really friendly and cozy. The bar downstairs is welcoming and the staff is helpful and friendly. Above that is the first floor where the breakfast room is located (lots of great breakfast options!) and then the 5 rooms of the B&B are on the floor above that. We didn't hear any noise from the bar downstairs and slept soundly. The room was absolutely spotless, comfortable bed, and a well-equipped bathroom. We really loved staying here – it was the best accommodation of our entire Ireland trip! We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in July 2022 and what a place! Staff were all so lovely and very welcoming. We stayed in room 4 and it was perfect, big comfortable double bed and a lovely single bed aswell. Tv and a kettle were also in the room. Bathroom was gorgeous but that shower, out of this world 🔥🔥. Lovely Bar downstairs showing horse racing 🏇🥃. First morning I had the French Toast with Banana and Maple Syrup was gorgeous, mom got the Full Breakfast and she said it was gorgeous. Second morning I had the scrambled eggs with bacon and mom got beans on toast 😋😋. Wifi provided too. Parking in the car park across the road was very helpful and around €7 for the day 🚗. Bit of noise at night but it is situated in the heart of Killarney so you can’t complain, I slept like a log anyway 😆. Highly recommend everyone visit❗️We will definitely be staying again ❤️

Had a lovely stay in this B&B. Booked for 2 nights initially but ended up staying for 3. Staff were very helpful throughout the whole stay. Beds were very comfortable and the standard of room was very high for the money we paid. Great showers and the breakfast options were brilliant.

So lovely to feel a part of the family in a b&b!! Siobhan and Hen made us so welcome and couldn’t do enough to make our stay as wonderful as they could. During a mad busy week with Cheltenham/St Patrick’s Day combining they were very busy and took the time to pay attention to detail. The room was spotless, the bedding high thread count and comfortable, the breakfast was outstanding using locally sourced produce and even satisfied this “sausage snob”!!! The bar is lovely and fun and the customers and staff treated you like a local! Thank you so so much for giving us a taste of the real Ireland!

We stayed here for 2 nights and from the second we booked the staff went above and beyond espically siobhan! They where so friendly and made you feel so welcome nothing was to much to ask them for. The breakfast was lovely both days and plenty to eat. The location was spot on aswel right in the center of killarney everything walking distance. And noise was never an issue. The beds and rooms where so comfy. Cant wait to stay again thanks for everything siobhan 💓

I've been to most mainland europe and nowhere else would you find a kinder and friendlier welcoming staff such as the lovely sheila in killarney especially in Dan's bar. You get a taste of Ireland if you were to go to any pub in this country this is the place to be. Great prices, great service and all around a great time.

Stayed in two rooms for a family of 5, Siobhan was so helpful and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had the pizza as during Covid 19 you have to order food to get a drink. My husband said the Guinness was the best he has ever had. Very easy check in and check out

I stayed at this B&B last September (2019). I have not forgotten this little gem. The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was clean and the bathroom shower was nicer than some other locations. We had the breakfast and it was perfectly set up in a dining area. On our second day, we slept in and since we missed the meal time, they were nice enough to save our meal and bring it to our room! We appreciated the hospitality very much! The location was perfect; we were able to walk easily to anywhere we needed. When we visited, we did not have any noise issues. The pub downstairs was convenient and laid back.

Stayed here last weekend, one of a bunch of guys from North Wales. Came over for a rugby weekend and the brilliant hospitality. From the moment we turned up we were looked after......perfect breakfast, comfortable rooms, excellent bar. Shout out to Hannah and Catherine. As I said, perfect weekend despite the result in Dublin......
