    It states on the website that there is 24 hour reception service, yet no one ever answers the phone when i call.i have tries so many times to contact this hostel. Emails also never get answered. its poor customer service when phones are never answered.

    Shabby not chic

    Dirtiest hostel I have ever stayed in
    Our room was not cleaned before we got there. The bathroom was filthy! Also the floors in the room weren't hoovered for days. I have stayed in several hostels in Killarney and throughout the country and this was definitely the dirtiest I have stayed in.
