Myself, my husband and three children stayed here. Our room was huge with a balcony that was safe for our children to go out on. We had two king size beds in our room and a camp bed. The staff were more than helpful with any of our requests. The food in the hotel bar was delicious and the breakfast...

When we arrived. The reception staff were very friendly.. great to have on as front line staff to greet your guests staying in the hotel. Arrived into the bedroom.. very basic! No fridge, no face cloths or extra towels of 2 towels in the room.. then 2 glasses in the room with no water avaliable. The bed was tiny. Pillows...

Just spent last couple of days in The Clayton Hotel Galway. Have stayed here a number of times and enjoyed it but not so much the food. However, the food this time was beautiful. Absolutely no complaints. Lovely staff...always helpful. Well done Dean and the new chef. Looking forward to return visit.

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, thermostatic heating very good. Had parking everyday with no issue plenty of spaces. Food in bar was good but service was painfully slow. A few people were waiting and one couple got fed up and left. Ordered a chicken and mango burger via room service the following day which...

I stayed with my fiancée for 2 nights. The hotel is immaculate and the staff are excellent. The room was spotless, pool was clean and relaxing. The bar and food was quality. If you are going to Galway, this is the perfect place to stay. We will be back!

Twenty four of us went to the Clayton Hotel for my niece's Hen Party. We had two nights bed and breakfast, cocktail lesson, dinner and a space reserved with bubbles in Karma nightclub. From start to finish, the weekend was brilliant. The hotel was really busy, with a large wedding, another large hen party, birthday party - but the staff...

First off, the room itself was 8/10. It was clean (bathroom could have been polished more), however; it was noisy in the corridors most of the night and could hear a function...2 floors below. Receptionist were ok on check-in, lovely on check-out. The restaurant menu was from the 1990's, so opted for the bar, which was totally lacking floor staff....

Had the pleasure of staying here for 3 nights recently and enjoyed every minute of it. We upgraded to a Suite on the 4th Floor which was well worth the money. The room was spacious with huge windows and a sitting area. The bed was enormous and so comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the big bath which was ideal for relaxing...

Came here on a few occassions recently and had great food each visit. The bar staff Francis and Gary were our servers and I can not fault them. Both are friendly people and catered to our needs. The service was excellent. I had a bit of a funny order but I wasn't made to feel like an awkward customer as...
