On arrival to this quality family residence you will be greeted by the genial host and hostess who will give all of their time to making you feel welcome. After you have experienced the overwhelming views of Galway bay you will be led to a room that is the epitome of luxury and comfort. The lady of the house Anna has obviously acquired a masters degree in the provision of quality beds and linen. You will simply luxuriate in the sumptuous quilted paradise of these bedrooms. Anna and Steven have managed to incorporate five star standards into the domain of a family residence. Steven will sweep from table to table with perfectly prepared Irish breakfasts. Don't let the location make you move on (it's beside a petrol station on a busy road). This is a great place to stay with the best bed, towels and shower that we experienced in Ireland. (A good bed and bathroom is all you want at a B&B anyway.) Steve, the owner, ran a pub for over 20 years, so he knows how to be a genial and welcoming host. Anna, his wife, welcomes you into their home and you feel part of their large family. It's only a short drive into the city of Galway or you can take the bus that's just outside their door. The Galway Golf Club is just a block away and you have an excellent view of the bay with a superb walk along the Promenade down into the village of Salt Hill.
