Stayed in Clare Villa B&B from 6th August to 13th August 2015. Rooms are spotless and very comfortable. Food excellent. Hosts are excellent, very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone, really enjoyed our stay. Well done to you both

Lovely B&B very close to the water. Rooms and bathrooms were small but very neat. Very comfortable parlor to gather. .Good Irish breakfast cooked fresh. Plenty of parking. Stephen and Christine were wonderful hosts. Stephen dropped us off at a restaurant close by since it was raining.

The accommodations were spotless, the traditional Irish breakfast was excellent. The hosts went above and beyond in assisting us with recommendations to make our first visit to Galway a memorable one. A little off the beaten path, which suited our family. We had a car, but there is a bus stop across the street to get downtown easily. Quiet neighborhood....

This is definitely one of the nicest places I've ever stayed. Right next to the gorgeous Salthill beach and very central to shops and local attractions with a beautiful restaurant called the Galleon nearby. The owners were very nice and chatty at breakfast. The breakfast was gorgeous with lots of variety. The rooms were clean and beds were easy to...

This was the first B&B we stayed at in our week and a half trip in Ireland. The owners or proprietors of the B&B were good to leave you alone, but if you had questions they were more than willing to take their time to help you out. Our room itself was very clean and tidy. There is parking on-site...

Clare Villa was the perfect place for us since we planned to take the ferry to Inishmore the next day. Breakfast was ample and typical of the full Irish breakfast. Rooms are a modest size but very adequate. Christina was very accommodating and helpful. She made our reservation for us to take the ferry. The hospitality couldn't have been better....

The room was small and the bathroom very small; perhaps typical for B & Bs. Everything was very clean. It is in a good location right across the street from the bus stop. The bus is the way to go into Galway. We did take our car to go down the hill and into Salthill village for dinner. But the...

We found the room very nice and clean; loved the decor. The bus stop was right across the street so we left our car there and took the bus into the city center, which was convenient. Breakfast was very nice. Christina was helpful too.

It had very good sound proofing and was in a great location. The breakfasts were okay, but not great. The rooms were comfortable, the showers were a bit small, and the toilets were odd. The owners were helpful with exploring the area around Galway. It was also a nice bonus that they had wifi available!

We found Clare Villa from Rick Steve's book on Ireland. We enjoyed being just outside of Galway. We had our own car, but we used the local bus service to go to and from Galway. For less than 2 Euros each, the short bus ride to Galway was convenient with no parking hassles. Our rooms were very comfortable, clean and...
