On arriving, We found the Hotel had free, safe underground parking with an elevator direct to our hotel floor. the Reception was quick and friendly, and we got a nice bonus of an upgrade to a seaview room. Great place to stay , beautiful location. Friendly staff. Comfy beds . Would definitely stay again. Would be great in leisure centre if had some family changing rooms as my son is autistic and I have no one to go into men's changing room with him so he had to come into ladies

Hotel is fine - food in bar is adequate but not particularly good - probably on pricey side for what you get. Staff are fine - efficient and functional - you won't be bowled over by friendliness anywhere which is a bit odd for Galway to be honest.

Group spent a really nice night away at this hotel. Large, comfortable rooms. Lovely bar, restaurant and lobby area, pretty and fell like a luxurious stay. Great food at dinner and breakfast, friendly and efficient staff.

It is a glorified motel, not a 4 star hotel as advertised. Terrible , narrow corridors leading to small dingy rooms with cheap decor. Bad bathrooms. The one in our room had a toilet seat that was way too small for the toilet bowl. Old cushions on the bed that made me cringe. Could barely sleep in the bed. Terrible...
