We really enjoyed our stay at this modern interesting galway favourite. The bar is really cool with excellent cocktails and great interiors. The spa is great with a peaceful vibe and wide selection of treatments. We really enjoyed the restaurant and found the staff extremely helpful. The location is a little odd out of the city centre in. A largely...

Not our first visit to this hotel, lovely room, we had a suite, but there were stains on the carpet, the mini bar door had a crack on it, not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel, the reception area is quite bleak, very sparse, the 3 coffee/bar areas are looking a little tired, in need of a...

I'm going to start by saying we attended the g restaurant for dinner a few weeks back and boy were we blown away . The food was amazing, the service was outstanding , everything was just perfect . We left feeling so well looked after and like we had just walked out of a 5 star hotel. Having had such...

I went there yesterday after doing a course in Galway for the day and myself and my sister decided a nice glass of wine would be lovely. We arrived around 5.25pm as whilst it was busy we managed to find a table which was full of empty plates glasses etc, we sat for about 10/15 minutes and was trying to...

We had a terrible dinner experience there a couple of years ago for a group and I wrote a very descriptive email of our experience to the general manager but never got a response. However we...

I've been to the G before a few times, and was always happy with the service. On New Year's Eve past we visited again. I have to say, the service was terrible. It was not a shortage of staff, just staff who were going through the motions and had no pride in their work. We went into the cocktail bar,...

I love the G Hotel and often go there for lunch or tea or just coffee and a chat with friends. The decor and the ambience is what draws me back along with the lovely staff who are always so friendly and polite. Casha always looks after us so well and is a great addition to this hotel. The only...

We chose the Dinner and a movie package recently and dined in one of the Signature lounges. The Dinner and a movie deal is very good value, and it makes for a really good evening with friends. The sitting was for 2 hours before the movie start time, so you have plenty of time to eat and relax before popping...

It is my favorite hotel in Galway. I have been there several times. I feel at home. The guys at the reception and bar are really very nice. I think it is very important for the management to keep a constant attention in order to maintain high standards.
