Just returned from a 3 night stay at the Park and what a wonderful hotel. We were given an upgrade and the room was enormous, the beds comfortable and the whole of the hotel spotless. Throughout the hotel has an air of refined elegance. All the staff from front of house to bar staff are pleasant, professional and helpful. One...

Just returned from my fourth visit to the Park House in Galway. My latest visit being a three night stay. I cannot fault this hotel in any way and would recommend it whatever the reason for visiting Galway. The level of service and politeness of the staff is a credit to the hotel and the city.

Great location. Lovely hotel. Would certainly come back. Staff was friendly and welcoming. No problem with using the hotel parking. Our room was ready when we arrived even though we had arrived quite early. I had requested a king suite but received a queen with additional single bed. I was fine with that, however, as they clearly went out of...

Great food. Will come back. Great stay. Highly recommended this place. We had a great trip around the ...west coast me Ireland. Back to Manchester tomorrow. Will miss this place and will come back more often. First time in Ireland. Great bars , great hotels, lovely people. Music every where. Its cheaper here then it is in England.

If you are traveling by train or bus, this is the perfect location. It's literally a two minute walk from the staton, so no need for a taxi. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We didn't eat at the hotel, so I can't rate the food.

I have stayed at the Park House many times over the years. They have never disappointed me. The employees are friendly, the rooms are wonderful and the location can't be beat. As an example of their hospitality, I tried to check in early this stay but my room wasn't ready. They brought out a tray with coffee and toast while...

I have just had dinner in the bar side of the Park House Hotel. Delighted that we chose to eat here as the standard was so good I'm sure it was just as good as the hotel's restaurant. The food was lovely - good portion size and delicious flavour. The service was of a very high standard. The staff were...

Surprised at the size of Galway, the Park House is pretty easy to find and a haven away from the hustle of the city. The room was large, very nicely furnished and most comfortable. They still have old style TV/s but it worked. The lobby is very pleasant and the front desk friendly and helpful. The breakfast was REALLY good...

Stayed two nights at the Park House. On the plus side, beds comfortable, breakfast excellent. The buffet is quite extensive and the porridge very creamy! On the down side: parking lot is behind the hotel off of a parallel street and confusing to find. We were driving and unfortunately we had some car troubles. On the plus side again: the...
