The bed was comfortable, although the room was cold when we arrived and there was only a very small heater to do the job. It was all fine, no frills. On-site parking is very limited so probably better to check-in early.

The man in reception was friemdly and efficient and the room was spotless and well insulated so all was good for an overnight stay. The hotel is a 12 - 15 minute walk to Eyre Square with all the attendant attractions. It is very reasonably priced for such a useful location - €45 online, room only. There is parking available...

I was awoken by a man having a very loud conversation outside my room at 0355hrs. I will not stay at this hotel again given the equivalent room rate...
