Just returned from my second visit to this hotel. Stayed in their 1 Bed Apartment, which is ideal for a family of 2 adults and 2 small children. Excellent facilities, especially kids club and pool.( although the extra charges for the kids club for those in Apartments is a drawback) However, there seem to be staff shortages and delays in...

Have to say the staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful but the hotel itself is quite shabby. The bedroom walls must be paper thin as you could hear the snoring and talking in the adjoining rooms and every movement on the corridors which started very early and went on very late at night!

Decided to book in for a couple of nights with my young son for a little break. It was a short notice thing so I called the day before to see if there were vacancies and was told there wasn't any rooms left. So I had a quick browse of local hotels online and low and behold there was the...

We have stayed at many hotels that were billed as "Family hotels" but the only family concession was a little playground out the back or a childs menu in the restaurant. The Connacht is different, it says it's a family hotel and this is exactly what it was. As soon as we checked in, the staff where excellent in every...

Hi all, We stayed in this hotel over the weekend. It was a great spot as we were close enough to the city centre and on the right side when heading home to Cork. Great parking facilities also. Room was very spacious and modern. The TV and shower leaves the room down though. Old box TV but on the plus...

I loved this hotel I had the self catering room and it had a lovely living room kitchen as I was there for three weeks I could cook some of my own meals. There is a grocery store right across the street. The bus stop isn't far and it only takes a few minutes to get to The downtown area.
