Stayed here for one night during midterm. Rooms are clean as is hotel in general. Restaurant experience was poor. We had lunch when we arrived, very basic sandwiches that tasted only ok. For dinner we waited an hour & a half for main course, not good with 3 hungry, tired children. The waiter serving our table was a very competent...

Very clean and plenty of things to do in the Connacht. For a double room overnight was 75 euro. Great leisure centre with pool. Food was delicious in the restaurant both for dinner and breakfast even though we encountered a particularly cranky member of staff who seemed to have little patience with the other younger staff members. Only downfall was...

Nice family suites, you can't cook in them. We had 2 rooms, ideal for a family. The leisure centre is nice. Food and service in the restaurant just ok. A good base, lots of places to eat in Galway city. Such a friendly city.

the guinness was barely drinkable. It used to be so nice there. Need some experienced barstaff who know what a good pint is.Gave up drinking it half way through third pint.Couldnt get a hennessy brandy at the end of night either.

From my tormenting reservations with questions to checkout this was another great stay. A special mention to staff working in kids club, very professional and reassuring. Just docked marks as the bar service on the Saturday night was not great, left waiting and looked over a few times until we had to draw attention to ourselves. Other than that great...
