I stayed one night. Was a nice hotel. Clean room. Friendly staff. Lack of air con and fans during heatwave made it uncomfortable hot in the room. There is no way to close doors without banging so woken up during the night.

Just back from a 3 night stay in the apartments at the hotel. Apartments were ideal, perfectly clean and had all we needed for family of 4.This hotel is perfect for kids as there are loads of families with kids and you don't feel out of place when kids are getting noisy and tired at dinner time. We ate dinner each night in bar/restaurant and food standard is very good, service can be slow in restaurant and bar afterwards(putting this down to staff shortages with covid).Nicole in the restuarant and Katen in bar were very helpful and very good with the kids, but they were quite busy.We had the hotel breakfast one morning via room service and it was very good. The restaurant/bar service only reason not rating this as excellent.Stayed a two years ago and service was slow then too but this is a very busy hotel. The pool is great for kids too as it's quite shallow.Kids club was a hit for our kids and they were well looked after.Overall will def be back and would recommend to anyone especially families.

The hotel was excellent from check in to check out. Staff were very professional and friendly. Our room was excellent with everything that was needed. Dinner was superb with plenty of choice on the menu. Waitressing staff were very helpful and efficient. Breakfast had a great choice and again excellent service.

Such a bad experience I don't even know where to start. Rooms were filthy. They don't service them . They don't give clean towels. Food is average, but expect to be kept waiting. We booked our meal for 8pm 10.30 , we were sitting waiting for deserts . A joke. 50% of staff are lazy , bad attitudes and don't want to be there . 25% are very friendly, mainly in reception and leisure facilities . The other 25% are new , and painful uncomfortable and awkward in there roles. Proper staff training would benefit . Also no social distancing is a worry in this hotel , large groups , tables pulled together. Breaching covid safety rules. Very disappointing stay

Nice hotel, great rooms and nice atmosphere. Rooms nice and big and clean. Food was good, but pricey for what it was. Booking system on everything is a bit painful. Majority of staff are great, but there were a few that weren't so great. This didn't put me off and would recommend it for families.
