A little hard to figure out the flow inside the hotel. Room is quite functional, but not by any means luxurious. Plenty of storage and seating. Nice view of Eyre Square. Easy walk to shopping and restaurants. All staff encounters have been very positive. Went down to pick up continental breakfast to bring back to the room. The attendant (wish...

Generally, I'm not one for complaining. When I go on holidays I don't make a fuss, I'm there to enjoy myself and usually the hotel hosting us would be as excited to have us as we are to be there. Not this one. The first problem we came across was the "parking". When I was searching for hotels in Galway...

Stayed here for one night! Quite an old building, but rooms were spacious and comfortable with all the expected facilities! Great air conditioning and wifi was available in our room!! Had a great stay in Galway, just a 5 min walk down the main street down to Quay street with all the pubs and bustling restaurants! Would stay here again!

we stayed there for 3 nights and it was good. The staff was kind and the room was comfortable. But the best part is its location! It is at the heart of Galway, you can go wherever you want on foot. Also if you want to take a bus, it is right in front of the hotel.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel is in a great spot, right in the thick of things although no problem sleeping. Room was dead on, nice and big! Breakfast (continental) was very good. Only one problem very hard to get a drink with a friend in the residents bar.

This hotel is basic to say the least and definately not value for money. It must have been the quietest bar in Galway. The room was tiny and when we went to fill the bath, a load of black gunge came from the tap. The bar was badly stocked and had inexperienced staff.
