I have stayed here twice on business trips now. It is a great hotel at a great price. Well appointed, large and comfortable rooms, a great breakfast and free and plentiful car parking. I would definitely recommend a stay at Flannerys.

I was very surprised by this hotel having read the reviews on Trip Advisor before we booked. The rooms are very tried (well the one we had), the fittings need updating and replacing. There was lime scale around the shower fittings, part of the toilet seat fitting was missing, the carpet was stained and window would not fasten tight so...

I stayed in Flannery's Hotel Galway in April 2017. I traveled from Dublin on train into Eyre Square, where I got a taxi to the property mentioned. The taxi cost roughly €8. The taxi men are all lovely and willing for a chat. Although, entering the premises the reception staff could have been a little more enthusiastic. The lady behind...

My family and I stayed in the hotel. We were very disappointed with the food and service. We ordered a meal. My mother ordered plaice and was served 2 portions of plaice chips and no side salad. It was over cooked and I ordered surf and turf. My steak was over cooked after I had ordered a rare steak and...

I had lunch last Sunday in Flannerys hotel with my family. I had booked a table for 1pm and arrived late as my mother was feeling a bit under the weather. This wasn't a problem. We were shown to our beautifully set table and given menus. Great choice. Four of us selected the roast beef. We were asked if we'd...

This was my second time staying here and it won't be my last. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. The bar, lounge and restaurant areas are bright and spacious. The breakfast - buffet vs full Irish, was a good option that didn't feel skimpy and both choices reasonably priced. Only negative about it was that cheeses were offered...

This was our first visit to Flannerys but hopefully not our last. The Reception staff very welcoming & friendly at check-in. Our Room was very modern & comfortable. Great location - very close to the city centre.

Spent one night here and wish we would have had more time to explore locally. The lounge pub area was great. The band was fun and the drinks were amazing. The hotel room was clean and the bed was comfy. Only drawback was the view from the room---not so pretty and of a rooftop area.

We stayed just the 1 night and loved it. The hotel was very nice and room was of a good size. The bar was buzzing and we had a delicious dinner in the restaurant. We were served by a great young lad named Cian who was fantastic. Very rare to get such good service!

Flannery's may not be a sparkling new hotel but it is extremely comfortable. What make's it an excellent hotel is the very friendly staff for whom nothing is too much trouble. We encountered excellent staff from the chamber maid who dropped in extra clean towels unprompted to reception who sent down toast when one of our party felt unwell. The...
