Amazing two friendly ladies on reception, void at their job and professional and helpful. Reasonable price and very clean . Large room and peaceful especially being off a busy eyre square. Would stay again and happy with everything .

This hotel has a perfect location as you can walk to everything.... The bars the shops the restaurants. Hotel bedroom is a little dated looking but the beds are fabulous The bathroom done to high spec with marble tiles etc. Hotel bar stays open until 3.30am!!!! Bar staff were so so friendly. Proper good banter. Do take a drive to... More

We couldn’t have been more pleased with our 4 night stay at the Victoria Hotel in early September. We arrived at Ceannt Station on the bus from Shannon airport and in less than 10 minutes had found our way to the hotel. We asked for a quiet room and were given a larger than expected one on the 1st floor.... More

Myself and my daughter stayed at the Victoria Hotel on a midweek break recently. I wanted something city centre and the Victoria was just that! But that's really all it has going for it - the hotel itself is very dated - the room was basic the bathroom adequate and clean - no frills. Breakfast was ok - I got... More

A friend booked the hotel sight unseen. I wish I had seen! The hotel is just round the corner from the station (train and bus) so good location, and just off Eyre Square. BUT.. after six days I needed to stay an extra night, and the price quoted was ridiculous. Admittedly it was a Saturday in high season, but the... More

Stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. Location is amazing, as you walk in looks great too but it all changes. Reception staff not interested in guest, on check out we weren't even asked if everything was okay for us. Maybe that was due to me and boyfriend being a young couple.I work in hotel myself and most frequent question... More

Hotel is a bit dated. They need more ammenities in the room - like a mini fridge, hair conditioner, etc. The shower was not in good working order. But the building is quite nice. Location was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Good value small budget hotel, great central location, just off Eyre square. We were told parking was free but had to pay €8. Parking is in one of the local multi-storey car parks so it is a bit of a walk to the hotel for old or people with disabilities . Room was basic but clean. The hotel has an... More
