Perfect stay for a visit of this city, it is located only 5 minutes walk to the center. Tidy and friendly hostel with wooden floors and bunk beds. Shared bathrooms. Great kitchen to sit down, meet other people or have a tea. Breakfast with lots of options and homemade bread. Staff is very friendly.

The best point it s the localisation of the hostel, in the city center. It's clean and the commun spaces are clean and welcoming. But don't be scared about the noise because there is a pub underneath the hostel !

3 of us stayed here on Dec 31st and couldn't rate the place better! Clean, tidy, friendly, and a fantastic location. We asked the front desk if they had a needle and thread to fix a button that had come off a shirt, and they delivered a mini sewing kit to us within an hour! At 9pm on New Year's...

100% happy with my stay :) Staff we're very helpful. Rooms and beds were super clean. Toilet and showers were very clean and hygienic. Storage cages below your bed was great to tidy your belongings at night and throughout the day. The hostel is right beside a tour office which was great for booking tours right away and has selected...

I stayed five nights and had a six-bed female dorm on the second floor. At first two nights I had a topbunk with the ceiling really close to my face and saw it was very moldy. It didn't make me feel very good, so I changed the bed when I had a chance. There were reading lights and power sockets...

Awesome hostel with great location within 5 minute walk of the two main Galway bus stations and main city center area. Hostel is clean with privacy curtains, lights, cage lockers, and USB charging ports for every bunk. Bathrooms were consistently cleaned and all facilities were perfect. Has a good little kitchen/lounge area to meet other travelers and share stories. But...

Not a huge fan of hostels usually stayed here as the price suited. Great location and to be fair you wouldn't think it's a hostel. Extremely clean and friendly staff also parking next door for 6 euro a day and free WiFi. Would definitely return.

I recently stayed at the Galway City Hostel. My experience was fantastic! Let's start with check in. I was greeted by a friendly chap in reception. Shook my hand with a (genuine) smile and proceeded to give me the Necessary info on my stay including breakfast times, checkout times, etc. Nice and easy. He then pointed me in the direction...

This was a great hostel experience! Everyone at the hostel was friendly, and everything from check-in to check-out was very easy. Everything was super clean, and I liked how the bunks in the large room each have individual curtains. The breakfast is good if standard, but what is great about food is that several nights a week the staff cook...
