Booked it on Booking.com reduced price from 80 euros to 67 euros thought it might be a good bargain on arrival they didn't know we were coming, the staff who didn't speak much English had to phone the owner to confirm our room booking. The hoovers were still out hovering at 3.10pm in the afternoon. We were brought to the...

Irish breakfast was nice. Carpet in bathroom! Bed creaked when getting in and out of. Very small room for 3 beds - had to climb into double from bottom of bed. Winter quilt on bed in August - kept waking from the heat! Very little water coming out of shower. The price to stay here is a rob.

Booked because it looked lovely on site. However when we arrived we were taken to another property which was no more than a glorified hostel. No lights worked so thank God for the street lights. Shared bathroom facilities & shower was just a trickle. Breakfast was included, however when we went to order we were told an Irish was 5...

The place was not clean. Although it was very close to the city. It was the only B and B along the whole road that had vacancies. I understand why. No toilet paper in the bathroom. Had to request it. The rugs in the bathroom were a breeding ground for bacteria. The milk for the coffee in the morning was...

I spent one night here and found the staff pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was fine with a choice of continental or full Irish or any combination you may wish. The woman taking orders as well as cooking everything was rushed off her feet but coped remarkably well. Now to the physical condition of this place. If I had been...

I have just returned from a 5 night stay in this B&B and found all the staff extremely friendly and helpful: my room was very comfortable and clean. I had the continental breakfast and I must say that there was plenty of choice. The location of Ashford Manor is excellent in that it is just a few minutes walk to...
