Your hotel was the nicest one of our two week trip. The staff was kind and helpful and we really appreciated the free on site parking. We were able to easily walk to the tourist area of downtown Galway.

Was working in Galway and stayed in Menlo Park Hotel. Good parking. Very comfortable bed, evening meal in restaurant was excellent. Service was outstanding and breakfast was super. I’ll be back! Everything about this hotel is to be commended. Highly recommended. I had a great sound sleep.

We had a great two night stay here while on tour. The room was big with an extra single bed. Bathroom terrific with good hot water pressure and having a bath is always a bonus. The first evening we could have done with some vegies with the fish and chips apart from that the evening meals were very nice as were the breakfasts. Nice handy spot, not right in town but close enough to walk in .

A fabulous short stay Got a last minute booking at Menlo Park Hotel.Had never stayed before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Hotel was clean, open, bright and inviting whether it was the bar/ restaurant or foyer . Lovely to see sanitisers still in place . Room was lovely , very clean, great to have water supplied also. Blanket there also if you were cold. Room was very quiet and perfect for a great nights sleep. One and only one recommendation it would be great to have a full length mirror in the room. All the norms were there such as Ample easy parking Free wifi Hairdryer Tea coffee making facilities in room Staff were so respectful, good listeners and extremely helpful from the check in to room service to the lady who came to check if I was still in/out to do room cleaning. Wow. Room service food options were brilliant. Covered a variety of tastes and was very prompt, option to pay by card in room if wanted. Even the little details were noted for example o forgot to tick which cereal I was going to have but had made a request for additional milk for my cereal on the rim service card. They rang me to check. I really appreciated this. I felt totally at ease here and recommend highly. Only wish I could have stayed longer.…

Nice and modern with a quiet room. Nice fluffy pillows. The people are nice and friendly and helpful. The lemon chicken salad was very good at the bistro. Told us about saving money using the local bus.

Overall decent value in Galway. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. Location was a bit outside of town center but overall pretty convenient. Ample free parking. Breakfast was good. The room was comfortable and clean enough but some stains on the carpet and the room was pretty hot making sleep a little difficult. No refrigerators in the rooms which was too bad as we were carrying food.

Stayed at the Menlo Park Hotel for a weekend. We booked the suite and we were not disappointed. The room was spacious with an added space with a couch and second tv. The bathroom was spotless and we were spoilt with Ritual goodies. The hotel left a personalised card and chocolates for us to wish us a happy wedding anniversary. On our first evening we ate in the bar, the food was delicious and staff were friendly and chatty. The breakfast was excellent with a fantastic selection and again the staff were attentive and friendly. This was our 2nd stay here and we will definitely be returning.

The rooms at Meno Park are nice and pretty large. But the air conditioning takes a long time to cool down the room on a sunny day, the wi-fi is really slow (especially considering this caters to business people), and the morning breakfast has fewer options than other similar properties we've stayed at, and the morning breakfast service was really disappointing in some respects.

A chara, Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to know that you liked your room. We do apologise most sincerely that there was an issue with the WIFI. It was caused by an issue with the router that we were not previously aware of. Unfortunately, there are some things that can go wrong that we have no way of fixing ourselves and it does have to be fixed by an external supplier, which as I'm sure you know can take time. It was fixed as quickly as we could get it done but that obviously does not take away from the fact that it caused issues for the guests that were here at that time. Once again, we really do apologise. With regard to the selection at breakfast, we would consider what we offer pretty extensive, we would welcome any specific ideas you would like to see more of to enhance what we do already offer. We are also disappointed to note that you found the service at breakfast lacking, we would appreciate any specific feedback you could provide us with , in order to follow up on any issues. This hotel is in good shape, the rooms are a good size and it is good value. It is about 2 km from Eyre square but the walk is easy and straightforward. The breakfast is decent as well. Free parking is a nice add.
