Had a wonderful stay but the staff were the best. I checked in and realized I had locked my phone and didnt know the pin to unlock it. Katy at the front desk took control of the situation and contacted my family to get my pin details and solved my problem in a very efficient manner, she is a credit to the hotel.

Stayed for 4 nights on our annual golf trip. Large party of 48 male golfers was looked after with no problems at all. Easy check in , amazing for such a large group. Bedroom and bathroom were clean and maybe a little on the small size but fine for us. Plenty of towels available. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of everything. Good quality and well organized by the helpful staff. Massive thanks to Tara and all the team for making our trip so enjoyable, even arranged the weather. Look forward to visit again soon.

A brilliant hotel in a brilliant location. The car park was great so as not to worry about finding somewhere to park. It was at a discounted rate as a guest at the hotel. The staff were very welcoming and attentive to our needs. The check in process was quick and easy. Our room was lovely, a standard double. We were fortunate enough to get the end of the corridor room so had two windows. At first this was great. Although as there were only curtains, which were more for decor than creating darkness, the sun was beaming through at sunrise which was a little frustrating. The room was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. Loved the shampoo, conditioner and body wash, a lovely touch to have a local company for their products. Would highly recommend to stay here and we hope to be back again!

My wife and I were staying at the Harbour Hotel on vacation when we tested positive for covid and needed to extend our stay. The staff arranged for us to stay in the same room and found a second room to allow us to each isolate. The room staff and room service staff were all friendly and helpful for each and every request. Aside from that the Hotel is conveniently located just a few blocks from the main area of Galway filled with restaurants, shops and bars. An easy walk to anything you'll want while in Galway.

Decent hotel just away from the hustle and bustle of eyre sq. nice rooms and decent breakfast, nice modern reception are and plenty of seating to chill out. The front of the hotel is in need of some TLC, looks very run down and weathered. All in all a reliable hotel.

Great staff! gave some solid tips on pubs and food...Other then that and location this place is a rip off and a mess. I had 5 rooms and all but 1 had major shower and toilet issues .. Super low water pressure in shower and no flushing in toilet which you can imagine would be an issue .. I had same issue 3 years ago but figured bad room but this is def a hotel wide water pressure issue . The other problem is the keys will never work and you constantly have to go back to reception to reset. Not in wallet or near cc just anything and it won't work ..until the water pressure issues fixed, the staff does not even deny it as i mentioned earlier very honest and welcoming this place is a major mistake to book! Check my history i am 95 to 99 % positive reviews so takes a lot to get me going ..

I recently stayed in galway with my friends. It was an amazing experience! The hotel is so close to the city it was only a short walk to anything we could of wanted to do! The rooms were so nice and the beds were so comfy we had the best nights sleep! The food was so good and the bar staff were so attentive and couldn’t do enough for us! The staff must never go home because it seemed every time we walked into the lobby we were welcome with a smile by the receptionist katie. She had so many great recommendations and directions on how to get everywhere and nothing seemed to much to ask! All in all it was a great trip and we will definitely be back to this amazing hotel!
