Stayed here for two nights recently. Owner was very friendly and welcoming and informative about the local area. He told us about local buses, restaurants and pubs etc. Room was lovely and spacious with a lovely shower which was welcoming after a long journey. Breakfast was nice with full irish and fruits etc yet toast was given without being asked...

When I walked through the door immediately I knew I screwed up. Room did not feel clean, was very small and was cold. Heat did not come on until the evening and barely kept room comfortable. Shower was luke warm at best. The next day we were greeted by warm and friendly staff. The made to order breakfast was excellent, they...

Nothing special about the rooms, but the owners were amazing and provided us with an itinerary for the Galway area. Breakfast was included and it was delicious. Plus they accept dogs, which was very important for us. We have a large german shepherd that goes with us everywhere.

We found it to be a bit outdated and because one of the rooms was facing the budy road just at the front, it was a bit noisy during the night. We also noticed that the air vent seemed to be a bit damaged so the noise was louder that it should and the room was a bit cold. The...

Jerry and Carmel are amazing! One of us arrived after catching a bad cold and fever on the islands. Carmel found a thermometer, and made an appointment at the local health clinic, while Jerry and their wonderful staff person organized some tea and porridge on a tray. Jerry then drove us down the street to the doctor, picked us up...

Excellent! Jerry the owner was a wonderful host! You didn't feel like a guest, you felt like family. I love the upstairs seating area, nice and comfy and great to unwind after a long day of sight seeing. If you aren't driving, no worries. The city bus stops right in front of it. I also loved the location, out of...

Myself and my girlfriend planned a trip to the west. Stopping at Galway first and saw the B&B on this site and looked great. When we arrived we just threw our bags into the room and went straight in to the city. After a long drive and many hours out in the city we were shattered and were looking to...
