Myself and my friend stayed in this b&b for two nights. The room we stayed in was horrendous. We paid €219.10 to stay in a kip. The room was tiny, the bathroom door would not close. The carpet on the floor was half ripped up. The black towels was stained with bleach and there was a bad smell of consumption off them. We couldn't use them. The beds was dirty with all Staines on them. The matress was so sunk in. Oh this was bad. I have a rash all over my body over staying there. When we were lying in bed the cleaners tried to open our bedroom door not knowing if were naked or anything. We also payed for the room with a balcony and we didn't get that. We didn't know the checkout time was 11am, so we were still in the room at 11.20am and the manager came up and start banging on the door telling us he needs the room so I told him we didn't know check out was 11am, that I'm getting dressed I'll be few mins and he said he didn't care he wants us out. So we got our things together as fast as we could, we went down to give him the key back and he start roaring at us infront of everyone. I would never recommend this b&b to anyone, the staff is so ignorant and you would also catch a disease from the beds. Thanks for reading everyone hope noone stays there.

My friend and I stayed here for one night, twice. The location is great, really near the centre, about 20 minutes away from the bus station, many attractions close by. We had the top floor on our first stay, and we had to climb up with our baggage. Older folks might want to request for the lower floors. The rooms were small but sufficient and clean. The toilets, too, were clean. Had a good night's rest both times. I did hear some partygoers, but that's normal considering the location.

So I ended up staying here after a late dropout on a group trip to the races. I will never stay again. So check in wasn't too much of a problem, got to the room and apart from a few marks on the wall and the mold/rotten skirting boards in the bathroom. I have stayed in worse. Didn't sleep very well the first night as the bed wasn't very comfortable but it could be blamed on the ammount of drinking done on the day. The next morning was when the issues start as there was no hot water for the shower, still not too bad as we assumed we hadn't figured how the temperature controls worked etc so we had very sobering cold showers that actually helped the hangover. We went down to the bar to ask how to turn the hot water on at which point the incredibly rude and aggressive owner starts verbally attacking us for apparently breaking an "anti-scald button" and was very intimidating telling us he would need to get a plumber and it wouldn't be done till later. Anyway after we got back that evening the hot water did now work but there was still no mysterious "anti-scald button" in the shower that we had supposedly broken and we had another night. Just to top it off when my friend went to pay the final morning it turns out they had decided to charge the credit card of the person who pulled out despite the reservation being changed into a different name and the cardholder not even being in the country! was a terrible experience and in future I will stay anywhere else but this.

The room was horrifically unclean. There was stains and hand prints all over the walls, and stains on the carpet. The bed sheets were dirty and stained along with the pillows. The shower had mould on the ceiling and the door didn’t close. A full piece of chewing gum was stuck to the curtain beside the bed. The light bulb on the ceiling had no cover/shade and wires were exposed. There was also stains on the ceiling. We arrived back to our room during the day to find a cleaner in the room, where we were never made aware of would be coming and were never given an option to refuse. When he had left the room still wasn’t cleaned, the same dirty stained (blood and dirt) bed sheets were out back on the bed and nothing was cleaned except for the bin bag being changed, same dirty (stained and bleach stained) towels were refolded and put back on the end of the beds. The whole place was unimaginably dirty and I’m sick to my stomach that I paid the bones of €300 for the privilege. The only positive of this place was location.
