It’s not modern, the stairs are steep and narrow, but the rooms have character, the pub is delightful, and it’s convenient to downtown Dublin. The view of the river is fantastic and the harp bridge is stupendous.

Unfortunately there is no lift and the stairs are quite narrow with fire doors on each landing.
