Gorgeous in a central location so lots of restaurants , shops, cafes, transport and attractions surrounding the hotel. Room was very clean and hotel was COVID compliant lots of sanitiser and security too. The breakfast was good and restaurant area was clean and you were served very fast. I would definitely come back.

Very good value, modern, comfortable hotel right in the centre of Dublin. Friendly, helpful staff and a large, top-quality breakfast! My only problems were the fact that one night's sleep was spoiled by an alarm going off outside the hotel for 3-4 hrs and the fact that the wet-room floor in the en-suite bathroom didn't drain properly, creating a slip hazard.

The hotel itself is very nice, warm welcome from the Reception ladies. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Perfect location for the city, tram and buses a stone throw away. Only downside we encounter was from noise from a lorry at 00;15 and the next day housekeeping cleaning the next door room at 7.00am, noise if hoover, breakfast service on the 2nd morning was slow, waitress forgot us and items, in the breakfast room for an hour. Apart from that had a super stay. We should of booked direct as you get a few benefits rather than with Booking.com.

Stay here mid week amazing place. Staff - super helpful and polite. Asked for them to arrange for balloons and a bottle of wine in the room as a surprise for my partner - so great, turned out amazing. Reception staff had really good local knowledge and had lots of recommendations. Location - can't beat it right in the heart of the temple bar area. Also a tesco next door which comes in handy. Room - we was in 112, this room is set back from the rest and at the back of the building, hardly any noise which was nice. Our room was an economy double, large double bed, nice and comfortable. Has a place to hang you cloths which we found useful(about 8 hangers). Tea and coffee making facilities in the room which was good with a fridge. Room is well lit, with very big mirror. TV had all local channels but there is also Netflix and Disney plus you can login to if you have an account. Bathroom has a nice big shower which is simply to use, only down side is there no power shower part which for someone with thick long hair was a bit of a pain. There is a body wash/shampoo, shower caps and hand lotion provided. You also get a bath, hand and face towel. In the room there is a powerful hair dryer which is good. The only down side I can find with the room is the temperature there is a thermostat in the room but there is no way of getting a comfortable temperature, so we found ourself either frezzing or roasting. Breakfast - this is £15 per person per day. You have a pre book your space due to covid and its from 7am-11am which is a good range. By the looks of it, it used to be buffet style but again due to coivd now table service. We did feel a bit sorry for the waiting staff there was only 2 of them everyday to host, take orders, run hot and cold food/drinks. Even though the restaurant had no more then about 10/15 people in it at any one time it was very clear they need a couple more members of staff on the floor. There is a good selection on offer, it says you can have as much of the drinks and continental as you like but the waiting staff are so busy we felt bad asking for another drink. Also with regards to drinks if you order tea, you have to order milk as well it don't come with it. The cooked breakfast itself was not the best, we had a fully Irish breakfast one day and mine tasted all like cooked salmon, clearly they not cleaned down the grill in between or used the same tools just not great. We had the egg royal the next day again not great, the poached egg were over cooked. Another issue I had with breakfast was the timing, you get brought your continental selection, but before you was even half way though they bring you, your cooked meal. Then becuase the tables for two are small to try and make space they take the food away you was not finshed with, my partner put his porridge to one side to make room for the food the waitress had just brought and she took it away before we could say anything. I all think it was down to being so short staff that they was very task force as they was so busy. Overall would 100% come back again just get breakfast somewhere else.

Great hotel in a great position close to the main bars and restaurants. The hotel is spotlessly clean and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room 322 was a disabled room although we are not disabled so not sure why we were in this room but it was massive with a massive bathroom and shower. The room had a hairdryer and kettle with coffee and tea making facilities, fridge and safe. Downstairs in the reception there were plenty of comfy seats to sit in also a free tea and coffee machine. The restaurant we could just see in as we didn’t use it but looked pretty big as well. Overall this hotel was great and we would stay again and recommend it
