I chose this B&B because it was at the end of my trip and I wanted to be close to the airport. The room was cramped with old-fashioned bedding. I had a shared bathroom which had no soap to use wash my hands with. I ended up using the shower gel which was provided in the room. The room was... More

The location was very nice, you could get to downtown Dublin/Temple Bar district via city bus. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We left very early both mornings we stayed so we did not get to sample the breakfast, but they put together a tray for us in our room. Lovely people. The facilities were clean and comfortable, just what... More

Overnight stay, welcomed to property which had everything required for an overnight stay. Owner recommended Twenty 20 restaurant just up the road with a great little pub next door for the Guinness! Early start so everything left for me to have breakfast to be in Dublin city centre approx 17 mins drive early morning!

The rooms were ok (traditional European in size). Mattresses should be updated as they are getting very soft. Breakfasts were great...had to start asking for less as the quantity was more than this American family eats and we didn't want to waste. Family room toilet continues to be a problem.

The Griffith House B&B is a bit outside the city centre, which was exactly what we had been looking for. Friendly reception and a generous room complemented the picture. Thanks to busses getting to the centre is not difficult, and parking (we had a hired car) is so much easier than downtown. A very good starting point, and breakfast was... More

This is a nice quiet area just outside the city. I booked it for the convenience and location. It was reasonably priced. I was a little disappointed I had to share a bathroom but it was only with one other person. It would be useful to have a hand towel/paper towels in the bathroom when it is only being used... More

This was our first night in Ireland so our first B&B. I was traveling with my adult son so got the twin room upstairs. My GPS took us right to it easily and it was comfortable. Parking was available on a side street. Eugene was pleasant and informative. Bus is only a 5 min walk away to get into the... More

Nice B&B. Very clean. Very nice breakfast and the waitress was extremely attentive and friendly. Shower was very tight squeeze. We had informed the owner that we would be arriving very late in the evening and this was accommodated without hesitation. We had the large bay-windowed room at the front of the house which has a lovely view of the... More

Very easy going host; nice. Beautiful rooms and a lovely dining room near a boeddha patio. Griffith House is nearby the port. Restaurants in the neighbourhood and a convenient bus stop. Good service. Free wifi and free parking. We've been here twice and both rooms were lovely.
