My friend and I from Seattle were here 9/16-9/20. We arrived very early due to an early arriving flight. We were greeted by the owner Brian. He was funny and charming. He let us stash our luggage there and recommended a great activity. The rooms are clean and the beds comfy. We met the other owner Julie at breakfast. She...

My parents, aunt, and I spent 10 days in Ireland and had Annandale as our home base. We could not be happier with the excellent service given to us, from extraordinary kindness and humor to delicious breakfasts every morning. We were thrilled that they gave us local recommendations as well as historical fun facts about Ireland that we never knew!...

This was our first time staying in a bed and breakfast and we loved it. The room had a private entrance and we loved that. Daily breakfast was wonderful. We got to meet other travellers from many different countries which made our stay very interesting! We appreciated all the Dublin advice that both Julie and Brian had given us. The...

We had a great time and staying at Annandale BnB was the best thing that could have happened to us. The hosts are great, nice and super friendly. The breakfast was rich, delicious and the choices reached from Irish Breakfast to Pancakes. No one would leave the house hungry :). The hosts were always looking out for us. The room...

From the start to finish, we felt extremely welcome in this lovely house. We were greeted by Brian and Julie and immediately felt at home. We were shown to our room which was spotlessly clean and well equipped, perfect for our 3 night stay. Both were very helpful with suggestions for activities and tours around Dublin which we took on...

Friendly helpful host that gave us space to do our own thing and willingly lent me her umbrella, only stayed 3 nights but it was a pleasant stay and we enjoyed ourselves. Nice area with a great pub and place for dinner within walking distance plus close to the bus and trains.

I have selected this place on the basis of the reviews I read here. Would this be one of the best B&B in Dublin, indeed? The location is good, it is in a quiet residential area and still there is an easy access to the city centre. The house is clean and tidy. Julie, the host is helpful and informative....

Kind friendly and gracious hosts in clean rooms. Excellent location, easy to get downtown, just a 10 minute walk to bus. Highly recommended. Host was very helpful with directions and information. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Me and a friend stayed for 3 nights, we was met by a friendly face (Julie) and her husband Bryan. As I was supposed to be traveling with my boyfriend and my arrangements had to be changed Julie put us in the family room so me and my friend were in separate beds - at no extra cost! which was...
