The Grafton is an old establishment and shows wear in some places, however, it is clean and the old fashioned rooms have some charm. The staff, without exception are charming, friendly and helpful. It has a restaurant that serves breakfast and room service, there are also several bars with an upscale Mexican theme but it should be noted that they...

We stayed here on our arrival to Ireland and were hoping for a quiet place to recover from jet lag. This was NOT the case. I requested a quiet room near the back upon booking. The staff DID put us in a room on the top floor near the back. However, the noise from a nearby pub traveled up the...

Stayed here for two nights and can't complain about a thing. Had a room at the back overlooking a court yard. The room was clean and had a hair dryer and iron if needed (it wasn't). The bed was clean and fresh and plenty of nice white towels. The reception staff were helpful and helped us out with a couple...

I can't believe how harsh people are being about this place. I have to come to Ireland every 3 weeks with my mum, we always stay here and have done for the past 7 years. Are the rooms a little dated? Yes, however they're comfy, cosy and I've always found them to be warm. The staff bend over backwards and...

We went Dublin for a long weekend and did have a great time! the hotel was good for what we paid, great location, and a short walk to everything, HOWEVER on check in we were advised that we had been put into a lovely room and one of the best for our stay, the first night we got back to...

We stayed for 3 nights and found it to be perfect. The staff at front desk were very helpful and greeted us every time we came in. The bed was comfortable and the room was the largest we encountered in Ireland. It was clean as had everything we needed. There was a bit of street noise when bars closed but...

we had a really nice stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and safe. We had a great night's sleep. Rooms were a little old, but very comfortable. We would definitely stay again. Shopping, pubs, restaurants and so much more right outside your door.
