Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Excepcional staff. Joanna, Liluana and Jessica took care of every request and detail of our trip. Perfect location to walk any place. Very very quiet rooms even in the middle of the night with pubs around!

We loved our stay at Grafton hotel. Our room was spacious and it was cleaned thoroughly every day. Bathroom was also really nice. Our room was located on the 2nd floor, yet we were amazed at how quiet it was; we couldn’t hear anything, not even a sound from the street. The bed was excellent as well. The hotel was centrally located near good restaurants and pubs. The breakfast selection was very good, and Gary took great care of our comfort from day one, both during breakfast hours and during his shifts behind the bar in the evenings. We would choose the same hotel again.

The staff here is absolutely the best! From the moment we arrived until we left it felt like we were staying in someone’s home! The atmosphere is top notch. The food and drink were fabulous! We loved being here as much as visiting anywhere else in the city. I would tell anyone I know visiting Dublin to stay at The Grafton. Thank you Daniel, Kristel, Gary, Ross, Tjaart and ALL the others who made our stay wonderful! On top of all of that it is incredibly clean! 100% recommend!

Great and affordable. centrally located, clean rooms, and the nicest staff…it’s just right if you need a place to park it for your first time in Dublin. And the bar, and restaurant is good too. It’s a nice place.

We stayed here for two nights in December and the hotel was spotless and it’s in a great central location. For our first breakfast Gary gave us a tour of where everything was and nothing was too much trouble. He also recommended the mini muffins and we was not disappointed. On our final day we waited in the bar having a drink while waiting for our taxi to take us back to the airport. Gary was there and made sure we were looked after. When we come back in a few months we will definitely be staying here. Hotel was clean, central location and breakfast was really nice and catered to all tastes.

Excellent hotel. Located in the very heart of Dublin, a two minute stroll from Grafton Street and st Stephen’s Green. Our room was quiet, spacious and tastefully decorated. Very helpful and friendly staff at the front desk and in the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve ever seen.

Just dropped in to the foyer Cafe for coffee and pastries before the Gaiety panto. Liluana was the lovely barista, was so friendly and helpful, first class service. Lovely way to start a Christmas day out in Dublin.

Just such a wonderful few days here . The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and always there to help. The food was great in the restaurant and the bar area. Beautiful Christmas decorations. There is some renovations on the sixth floor but only in the day so didn’t interfere with our stay.

Called in for lunch on a busy Saturday before Christmas. I was blown away by the staff, who served everything with such efficiency & a smile. Food was great, the bar is so cosy, bathrooms are beautifully kept......all in all, a lovely experience in the city. We will definitely be back! Take a bow, Grafton.
