Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This hotel was central to everything two mins walking distance Grafton Street and ten mins from a lot of other attractions. The hotel was meticulously clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were large bright and very quiet.

Great Hotel with incredible service from the front desk to cleaning rooms and the restaurant and bar. The breakfasts were above expectations. The front desk was helpful in guiding us through our first visit to Ireland. A special shout out to Gary in the bar for his extra efforts to look after our group.Location is great and is walking distance to many of the pubs, restaurants and attractions.

I never leave reviews. I wanted to for this hotel and it’s staff after our stay here in august. I decided I was going to ask my girl to marry me, and I was lucky enough to meet the hotel manager Cormac the day I decided to do it. I can’t say thanks enough for how he tried to make the experience extra special for us. What a class act he was, he is the main reason we plan to return in October. Again, I never write reviews. I had to though as the service here was just 10/10. Location 10/10+. Cleanliness 10/10. Cormac (the manager) and his team really made the stay EXTRA special for us. We plan to return, as we can’t wait to re-live how much fun we had!!!!!! I like typically trying different hotels too- but i guess I won’t be doing that anytime I stay in Dublin!! (same with my business clients), 100% I’ll be staying at the Grafton hotel every-time. It was just a rare 10/10 stay. Again the location may be the very best spot you could pick in Dublin. I highly recommend this hotel for all the reasons mentioned above :). Especially if looking for the perfect spot to ask a girl to marry you, stay here.

Such a great place to stay! The location in Dublin is absolutely perfect - we walked to everything we wanted to see. The hotel is situated in a busy area of town, but the rooms were very quiet at nighttime, even those facing The Hairy Lemon pub. The front desk staff are very helpful, and Vincenzo was great to work with to make our reservations. The breakfast is wonderful with lots of good and healthy choices -- Joanna welcomed us each morning and was delightful.

The Grafton has a perfect location for all the tours and pubs that Dublin has to offer. Irish Breakfast was great! The staff in the bar was super fun. Gary became a friend our group looked forward to seeing. My husband and I had forgotten our passports in Killarney and the staff was all aware and watching for them to arrive via post. Thank you to Ioana on that. We felt that everyone cared.

The Grafton hotel Dublin was excellent. This beautiful hotel is a hidden gem. It offers superb service, pleasant, friendly staff, attention to detail and cleanliness was second to none. Gary, the bartender was excellent in every way as was Matthew on the front desk. We highly recommend staying here, centrally located in the heart of Dublin.

Great location in the heart of Dublin, close to Grafton St, St, Stephen's Green, museums. The rooms and lobby have been newly renovated. My wife is disabled and the hotel is accessible and the staff were very helpful getting our luggage out of and into the cabs we took to and from the hotel.

Very central location. Staff are very friendly, room was large with very comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent. Very close to the main sights and shopping streets. Taxi from the airport was about 30 minutes, cost 39 euros during day time.

Centrally located meant being able to walk to sights, Shops, eateries and tour meeting places. Staff was Friendly and helpful. The coffee/juice bar in the lobby is a plus in times you’re lazy to walk outside. I will definitely return on my next visit.
