Hard to call it hotel or bed and breakfast. Please forget to go there. Anything ANYTHING acceptable. I paid a single small room for a double room. Breakfast is orrible, no comfort at all. Room too small for two. Could not even close the shower's door.

The place is filthy, staff very unhelpful, noise of n11 unbearable, breakfast frozen, then let de-frost, disgusting, staff snooping in my room while I was out. It's cheap for a reason, it's class-less...

Wonderful place.Upon arrival a cup of tea or coffee is offered. When shown to our room a basket of fresh fruit on the bed.Clean with a fantastic breakfast.Considering we had to catch our flight back to Italy we left hotel at half four in the morning. They were kind enough to prepare sandwiches for us for the flight.Only in Ireland.Highly recommended.Edmond

I was stuck for somewhere to stay I needed something cheap and this popped up. Mould on the ceiling and in the bathroom, staff weren't as nice as he could be. I will never return. Needs some serious work doing on the place. Location is good

Thank you for keeping in touch with me. I got one of your last e-mails just before leaving for Dublin, where I stayed for 2 nights. I chose that Accommodation first of all for its price and secondly for its location. I chose a triple room as I was stayi ng with my wife and my daughter who had to...

Our stay mirrored Olli L's "Need for Upgrade" critique. We had the same room (room 10 on ground floor) and the same experience - unpleasant smells, mold, water damaged ceiling in both bedroom and bathroom. One thing I expect in hotels and guest houses is clean white sheets and pillow cases. That was not the case here and, while the...

After reading several reviews on Trip Advisor i was somewhat put off in booking a room here. Myself and my 9 year old son were travelling from Limerick to see the Ireland v USA game at the Aviva on 18 November 2014. What attracted me to this hotel was the price first and foremost (€39 for the 2 of us...

This was the worst place I have ever stayed, and not cheap when you consider how atrocious it was! We went as a group of 8 across several rooms- one stank of sewerage, and had the windows opened when we arrived (Winter 2013-like an icebox), and one of the other rooms was filthy. Breakfast consisted of a toaster and frozen...

If you like to experience the smell if mold, visit this lodge. We stayed in room 10 on the ground floor. The ceiling of the bathroom (or more a closet) was covered with mold spots. Other things: poor sound insulation. Breakfast was rather basic. On positive side, the staff we met was helpful and polite. The city center can easily...

With another couple, we stayed at the lodge for two nights because, having already stayed downtown, we wanted to be in that area. We had two quiet rooms that were on the main floor, behind the conservatory, with entrances from an enclosed, outdoor path. Each room had a well-maintained private bath and was very clean and freshly decorated with sufficient...
