My wife and I stayed there and we're very disappointed. The owner Viola was friendly but let us down with only an option of continental breakfast. We asked for full Irish but got told no other option was available. The room was extremely noisy we could hardly sleep and our room was cold. The shower badly outdated. A lot of...

The place is a little dated but I found the woman in charge very friendly and helpful. The rooms are old fashioned but I found everything to be clean. It's a nice location with plenty of buses into the city centre. Breakfast is limited so probably better to get food in town.

Highly recommended! Great breakfast, beatiful grounds and a very friendly Manager. Not too far out of town. Everything was very clean and cozy. Very cheap for the quality, buses right outside as well. Buses direct to the airport for 10 euro per person

The room wasn't that bad, but everything else was terrible! Just avoid it if you can... The breakfast was awful, the staff unfriendly, the noise unstoppable. Oh and the place seemed dirty. I just wanted to leave as sono as I could in the morning. I surely won't go there again. And it isn't close to any dart station either....

We arrived in Dublin at 10:30pm last Friday. On the way to the hotel from the airport the taxi driver rang ahead to the hotel to confirm directions. When asked if we had a reservation, we confirmed we did, It was then that we were told by the owner that he didn't in fact have room for us. No sorry...

Room was roomy and the bed comfortable although noisy for us as we had a room facing the road.. Easy to find with plenty of parking and close to bus route to city centre. (IMPORTANT Note the buses take coins only!!) Breakfast was a weak point hence downgrading the rating to only average. Only Flora (not butter), instant not ground...

I wouldn't recommend this B&b. Had to ask for second towel. Continental style breakfast only. I expected a better selection for breakfast. Bread was out of date.Cleanliness was just about up to standard. Certainly wouldn't stay here again. €120 per night!

This place is filthy, unwelcoming, spartan and overpriced. The only welcome we got upon arrival was the credit card machine and the owner's hand out looking for my credit card, without literally uttering a word of welcome, and although he was guaranteed payment through booking.com. We arrived at 3.30pm on Sat and had no further human contact with the owner...

Hard to call it hotel or bed and breakfast. Please forget to go there. Anything ANYTHING acceptable. I paid a single small room for a double room. Breakfast is orrible, no comfort at all. Room too small for two. Could not even close the shower's door.
