Stayed just one night, but very good accommodation, and pleasant staff. The room was very well appointed, with wide range of kitchen appliances in a separate room. Only minor drawback is that the windows are singled glazed, so at the front there is street noise.

I stayed in room 32. There are no double glazing windows. It was extremely noisy and I was unable to sleep. Very average room at an extortionate price - I was charged €169 for the night and therefore had much greater expectations! Avoid at all cost, this place is not at all good

Clean, bright and well appointed, really great if you're on a budget and need to cater for yourselves. Travelling with a family I would recommend having connecting rooms 50 and 51. Comfortable beds, clean linen and towels.

Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience at our hotel. Your feedback is very valuable to us as we work to be better each and every day. I checked that you booked a studio which, as disclosure online, has only microwave and kettle. On the other hand, our apartments are well-equipped with all cooking facilities needed such as hobs, ovens, kettle, microwave, cupboards, plates, cups, etc. An apartment should suit you better next time and we will be delighted to welcome you again. As our building is a Georgian one, we are not permitted to have lifts. This is a very important information that we keep online. Our opening hours are also disclosure online so all guest can see what time we open and close during the week days and weekends. We look forward to welcoming you back to our hotel in the future. Sincerely, Latchfords Team

Although I got a bit lost looking for the accommodation, when I eventually got there, I was pleasantly surprised. The room I was given was really nice in size, neat and tidy. Very clean. A quick walk to the city center. I forget his name but the Brazilian gentleman at reception

It's about 20-25 minute walk to the Aviva. You get a code for the front door.

The reception was in the same building. In fact on the same floor as the room. Whether they have rooms in other buildings I can't say. Reception was occupied until early evening, and access was via a four number code at the door.
