Detailed Reviews
We stayed here for two nights when we were going to a concert in Dublin. There is a 24 hour reception. When we arrived, we were met by a very friendly gentleman on reception who explained how the keycard worked.
The building is very secure and the keycard is required to access all areas.
The one bed studios are compact with loads of storage. The double bed pulls down from the wall. There is a hotplate and fridge as well as glasses, plates, cutlery and saucepans. Everything was spotless and the shower was great.
Towels and toiletries are provided .
There are communal kitchens and shared living areas on each floor as well as a well equipped gym and cinema room on each floor which we did not use.
There is a lovely rooftop garden with spectacular views of Dun Laoghaire and the sea.

Room Tip:Â If arriving by train the apartment building is about three minutes' walk from the station

The worst place ever to stay long term. The rooms didn't feel clean, it always smelled bad from the communal kitchen, my ring got stolen after cleaning and nobody cared. The receptionists take it as a personal offence if you ever complain or ask for better service. The rooms were too tiny, but very expensive- not the best value for money. The service was way to poor and limited to call it a hotel and it didn't feel like home, because of constant resident flow. The only good thing was additional activities, but those could easily be arranged without having to waste money on rent. I didn't like the area as well, all concrete and stone, very few trees. Very unsafe area due to uncontrollable teenage gangs and lack of security.
